Welcome to the place for your next vacation.
I offer a comfortable apartment T3
3/4 people - 70 m² - in the heart of the romantic old quarter of Colmar, ideal for tourists to explore the city on foot.
It is located in an Alsatian house located opposite the place of Koifuss, close to all shops, Christmas markets er little venice.
Railway station located about 15 min walk.
I wanted to with this apartment so it is modern and very comfortable.
It is composed of:
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm and wardrobe - dressing
- 1 kids bedroom with cot and bed 90 * 190 cm
- 1 living / dining room with sofa, dining table for 6 people, office
- 1 kitchen fully equipped
- 1 bathroom with shower, sunken bath, wash basin and wc
The equipment are:
- Cooker 4 hotplates + oven
- Dishwasher
- Refrigerator - freezer
- Washing machine 6 kg
- Dryer 6 kg
- Coffee maker, toaster ...
- TV
- Strollers and baby carriers are available on request
And all the necessary dishes for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

This flat is inside a tradtional house, next to the Koifuss place the christmass markets and the little Venice.
Train station is about 15 minutes walking.
