The Belleville Suite by Bonjour Residences is a quirky 3 bedroom flat in the heart of New Town, with great transport links and just a stones throw away from St. James Quarter, St Andrews Square & George Street. A spacious, comfortable, quirky accommodation for up to 7 guests, filled through-out with period features and boasting mesmerising views.
THE SPACE:
✓ Fully-furnished three bedroom apartment on the 4th floor (stairs!)
✓ 2 Spacious double bedrooms
✓ 1 Bedroom with 2 single pull out beds
✓ Spacious, bright living room with a dining area
✓ Kitchen area with dining table, Nespresso machine and all the appliances you need
✓ Modern bathroom with shower over bathtub
AMENITIES:
✓ FREE PARKING (One space per reservation. No high tops & trucks. Please note you cannot park at the property to unload your belongings. 5 min. walk)
✓ Super high-speed WIFI (Sky Fibre)
✓ Fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, Nespresso and solid wooden worktops
✓ Free toiletries, towels & hotel-quality linens

Amazing location right NEXT TO the brand new shopping mall St James Quarter! New Town is arguably the most charming neighbourhood in all of Edinburgh and walking distance to most sights.

At Bonjour Residences Edinburgh, we have a number of properties available for short term accommodation in the surrounding areas and would be happy to discuss your short and long term stays requirements. We can provide stays from 1 week, 1 month or 1 year or as long as you are working on your Edinburgh project.
We request a £200 security deposit at check-in, which will be returned after your stay. We also require all our guests to sign our in-house Terms & Conditions and to submit a copy of your ID, after you have booked with us.
Interaction with Guests:
Myself- I will be available more or less all the time. Ideally between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm for any requests and emergency at anytime.
