The one-bedroom apartment has its own private entrance that leads onto a wonderful pool deck. Furnishing is modern and of excellent quality with private amenities, fully equipped for a self-catering holiday, The apartment comprises a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, A 1 bedroom for 2 /3 persons, a baby cot, and a high chair can be provided. the bedroom consists of 1 double bed, 2 side tables, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, mirrors 2 armchairs, a coffee table, Flat tv, and air conditioning, the 3rd person may be provided with an extra bed and facilities on request. The large swimming pool is shared with only 2 other apartments rented only and exclusively to resident holidaymakers, the pool is split with a shallow baby pool to cater to little kids. The pool measures 950cm x 500 cm. Depth is 190 cm, shallow part 90cm
Children pool 270 x 270 cm depth 55.
Garden furniture and sunbeds are available for each person, A great place to stay.

Absolutely beautiful place the owners are very friendly and helpful .pool area nice to relax around,we hired a car for a few days and used local buses for rest of stay just a 10 min walk up to main road where plenty of buses pass,would recommend boat trips from the bay some nice places to eat overall good holiday

An amazing outside area with comfortable seating, plenty of loungers & a high-quality pool. Adequately appointed kitchen. A spacious bedroom with two comfortable armchairs. A modern bathroom with powerful shower.

Little oasis

We enjoyed our stay here and is a walkable distance from the supermarket and restaurants. The owner Melita and her husband were great and really helpful. Used the pool and BBQ too.Thanks

very nice house and appartment, perfect location, very friendly landlady

I stayed for 8 days in December/January, the landlady gave me perfect driving directions from the airport, and the location is very good for exploring both Malta and Gozo. Supermarket and beach are close by, and driving to Valetta is only 25 min.

Malta stay

The apartment was exactly as described as was the pool area. Melita the host was very accommodating and helpful. She gave us lots of useful advice on the area. We will definitely try to book again when next in Malta.

Absolutely first class. The property is beautiful, the accommodation is superb, the hosts are fantastic, very kind and accommodating. The facility is so private and quiet. Everything you would wish for. I can't praise the hosts enough.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment that was very clean, central, private and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good location to explore the island from. 25 minute walk across tranquil rural farmland to secluded and beautiful bays. Beautiful to sit and enjoy the views and lovely coastal walks. Hosts were very thoughtful, helpful, friendly and informative with lots of valued suggestions on things to do and see.

Mellieha, Malta & our host Melita

Our host Melita was wonderful to deal with. Attentive and helpful, Melita was informative about her home country, responded quickly to our needs, but also respectful of our privacy. What a lovely lady and great host - we would stay there again ! It's also within walking distance to a handy grocery store and lots of great restaurants. The pool area is quite special and as the other 2 units were unoccupied, we had the whole area to ourselves - this is where we enjoyed our Mediterranean breakfast almost every day.

Holiday bei Melitas Villa June!

What else can I say? The holidays at Melita's Villa June were almost perfect. The villa offers plenty of space and the pool is magnificent. The barbecue evenings with fresh fish were a great success. Melita herself was always available to contact and very friendly. The city Mellieħa is simply beautiful and clean, ideal for holidays. It won't be our last visit :-)

Lovely property

My partner and I stayed for one week at Melitas lovely property. We hired a car in advance which we collected/dropped off at the airport. This property was in a great location particularly if you have a car, you can access anywhere in Malta within 45 mins. The property was great and had everything we needed, plus the pool was an added bonus (very refreshing). Mel it’s was very accommodating, and gave us some useful advice on where to visit. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

We both had a great week at June Ville, Melita was an incredible host who's knowledge of the Maltese history and tourist attractions was very helpful. We had a good few "Chin Wag's" with Melita herself and had a good laugh at the time. Overall we had a great week, and would recommend anyone to stay at June Ville. Best regards to Melite and Godfery.

Paradise in the heart of The Mediterranean

Our stay was nothing short of perfect! I’m a frequent traveler and very picky. I must admit, from the moment we arrived, I was totally at ease. Our premier host, Melita is a gem! She welcomed us, checked on us and gave us a warm goodbye!!! She is our first Maltese friend and hope she will be yours as well. The early morning sunrise by the pool was perfect! This is a trip I will never forget!!! I ❤️ Malta 🇲🇹 and will be back for sure.

Felt very homey feeling

The owners were very welcoming and showed us the features of the apartment and answered any questions we had. The property was very clean and showed pride of ownership. The pool and deck areas were wonderful for the days when we just stayed at home, so too speak. There are several good grocery stores, bakeries, liquor stores and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk of the property. Also, the Malta bus system is very good and covers most of the island, you don't need to rent a car there. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, it was like staying with relatives you actually like! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

A quietretreat

Good place for a couple or with baby looking to tour the island and have a good base that offers a chance to stay a whole day if you are tired as it has a pool. Not for those who want total privacy as there are three apartments in the basement of this house. The apartments are well equipped while this is the smallest - more of a large studio bedroom but this one comes good individual outdoor space. I was ill and in hospital during the stay and the owner was superb. She did everything she could to help.

Friendly and helpful host - super place!

Driving to the property, we could see that it was a very clean, quiet and affluent area, which was a great start. Upon arrival, Melita, the host, greeted us at the gate and brought us down to our apartment. Turning the corner we could see how clean the pool area was. The pool was crystal clear. Melita made us feel at home from the very start, and we chatted for a while. The apartment was spotless and catered for the two of us perfectly. You pay via a meter for air conditioning but even though it was in the mid thirties our apatment always seemed cool. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, either as a couple in the one bedroom apartment right up to about a dozen people taking up the whole three apartments.

Wonderful stay

I would like to start by praising Melita. We were due to travel a few days after Malta changed the entry requirements, during all the stress of waiting to see if we could get out or not she stayed in touch by email and was very helpful. The check in information was very concise and during the stay Melita was near by for help and information, but kept a discreet distance. The arpartment was very clean and Melita had very kindly popped some milk, water and juice in the fridge. The outside space is also very clean and there was plenty of room for privacy from the other guests. The area is very quiet, but close to buses and some bars and restaurants at the beginning of Mellieha

A quiet property in the sun

The apartment is one of three at the property, all at the ground floor level of a large villa. The owner, Melita, was charming in every respect - nothing was too much for her and we came to regard her as a friend. The apartment, although quite small, had all that we needed, fully equipped throughout and with clean linen and towels regularly replaced. There is an excellent swimming pool kept very clean throughout our stay and although the other apartment were occupied for some of our stay we all got on well together. My wife and I would have no hesitation in recommending June Ville. We had a most enjoyable holiday on the Island and this was in no small measure to the quality of our accommodation.

Fantastic!!

We stayed here at June Ville for 10 days. Melita was very welcoming, she arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and take us back at the end of our stay. Melita gave us information about buses and places to visit. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was very clean and well maintained and was a welcome sight at the end of a very hot day. Shops are about a 10 minute walk away and so is the local bus route which takes you anywhere in Malta. Melita is amazing at what she does, not at all intrusive but is there should you need here for any information etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and Malta was a wonderful place to visit. I would nit hesitate to recommend this as a place to stay. Thank you again for everything Melita.
