The apartment was styled beautifully and was true to listing. There was a towel warmer. That's where the good ended unfortunately. Now the bad: The host was not responsive to needs. They did not supply enough towels or linens for all guests. Guest sleeping on couch had to airplane blanket.I asked repeatedly for towels, no response. I had to reach out to get check in info.I had to reach out to get WIfi info- while provided when asked, it should have been all given when confirmation was complete. BOTH bathrooms had water that leaked out onto floor when showering (it was evident by the black stained wood floor outside shower that this was not a recent but ongoing issue). Which was made worse and more frustrating by the lack of towels. The apartment had a washer NOT a dryer as listed, compounding the frustration of sopping wet towels used to soak up leaks. And lastly, there was an issue with opening the door with key (would not engage the lock and kept turning and turning). While they responded in a timely fashion, there should be a warning that teh key/lock sticks or is tricky or directions on how to open with the other necessary check in info (WIFI and lock box instructions etc).
