Beautiful Villa

My sisters and I stayed for 6 nights. Villa is adorable and comfortable. Host was kind and made sure we had drinking water to get us started, coffee and treats. The neighborhood is gated and we felt very safe. Shore is a short 10 minute walk. Washer is very small but we got our essentials washed. Beds are very comfortable. Using Google translate it was easy to communicate thru texts and messages. It is an older house but we found that very charming. Note the location on the map is not accurate, located on the Corina shore, not within walking distance of San’Agata. Must drive 7-11 kilometers to get to restaurants and shops. We planned on walking into San’Agata a lot as that was one of our ancestral towns and we could not do that.

Charming house

House and grounds were beautiful. However owner did not pay too much attention to details or amenities. The kitchen stove didn't work nor did the coffee. Even I could tell the gas in the house was off so we had to use the out door kitchen all the time, at least after we went out and bought matches. The first night we didn't eat. Texted the owner but never heard back. The coffee pot was simply the wrong adapter for the outlet which shouldn't have taken much effort to replace. He also showed us everything in a hurry so we missed some things he said. Forget the showers. They are about 20 x 20 inches square and the water shoots straight out of the wall. Close the curtain, but you still have to hold it unless you are 7 feet tall. I gave it a 3 because of the yard and charm of the house. It could be so much better with very little effort. Neither of the owners speak English.
