Holiday house RMS WISELKA No1

We have 7 houses (5-person), each with a separate entrance. Every house has a living space of 50m² (with terrace) on two levels and has a living area with fitted kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (on the first floor), fold-out sofa in the living room and bathroom (shower, toilet).
Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, water, screen, beach deck chair are included in the rate. Free parking on site.
Available for guests: playground, slide, trampoline and barbecues.
Mandatory, payable on place 0,50€ for person/day.: visitor's tax.
Mandatory, payable on place (according to consumption energy meter): electricity 0,50€ for 1 kilowatt hour.
Deposit: 100,00 € (cash)
Non-smoking accommodation.
(Youth) groups not permitted.
No pets.
Wiselka is a small town on the Polish Baltic coast on the island of Wolin, not far from the forests of the Wolin National Park. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike. On lake (5 minutes on foot) you can rent water recreational equipment.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne und saubere Häuschen, alles da, was man braucht, sehr nette Menschen vor Ort, kein Deutsch, das erwarte ich persönlich im Ausland auch nicht, für manche ist das aber wichtig, warum auch immer, aber sehr gutes Englisch. Das "Stadtzentrum" ist gut 10min zu Fuß entfernt, vom kleinen Supermarkt (zumindest im Sommer täglich von 7-23:00 geöffnet, Sonntags ab 8:00) mit Brötchen und co. bis zu diversen Restaurants alles vorhanden, zum sehr schönen Strand kommt man tatsächlich nur zu Fuẞ, Nationalpark halt, hat den Vorteil, dass er im Vergleich zu anderen Stränden regelrecht leer ist. Das Grundstück ist sehr kinderfreundlich, riesengroßes Trampolin, Federball, umzäunt, sehr gepflegt. Die Holzhäuser sind bauartgemäß ein wenig hellhörig, uns hat es nicht gestört, aber wer seine absolute Ruhe haben will, der sollte ein Einzelobjekt mieten. Fazit: siehe Titel. 🙂
