This unique home lays in 400m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 30m2 private swimming pool (depth ranges from 1,00 to 1,75 meters). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. The Villa boasts BBQ facilities (charcoal) for culinary wonders and a traditional wooden oven, as well as a dinning area with natural shade. Comfy sitting- relaxing area is also available outdoors to enjoy your coffee and drinks. With outdoor settings & tableware, don’t miss the opportunity to gather the family for a summer supper. Cook up a wild foraged feast or enjoy the perfect spot lounge area for an evening glass of wine.

Bonus: an outdoor lawn covered playground is available for our younger guests, featuring a slide, a seesaw (for kids up to 2 years old), and children play table & chairs.

Cleverly repurposed finds and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends and can accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds.

The Artemis Home is located in the picturesque village of Asteri, one of Rethymnon’s most charming villages at an altitude of 80 meters, built on a hill and in the lateral part of Arsaniotikou stream that passes from its west side. The village is quite proud of its beautiful and wonderfully maintained folk museum. It was established by local families. Asteri is within easy reach of beautiful gorges including Mili, Prasanos and Patsos (Tsirita) which are perfect day trips for nature lovers.

The nearby village of Stavromenos, which is located just 5 minutes away by car has its own long sandy stretch of beach, a popular swimming spot, and ample amenities such as cafes and tavernas, as well as a vibrant, albeit, casual nightlife.

Also, Stavromenos has a variety of shops such as super markets, grocery shop, pharmacies, local taverns, butchers shop, gas station, all within just 2.5 kilometre distance away by car. Locations near Stavromenos include the picturesque village of Sfakaki is just 6 minutes away by car, which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation.

Additionally, its proximity to the highway, makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete and explore the amazing landscape and beautiful villages! It is less than 20 minutes drive away from the famous city of Rethymno, with any amenity that our guests would need for their holiday break.
