Villas layout is convenient for big groups and families, as it offers privacy thanks to its two autonomous apartments and two pools. Spacious outdoor area with ample amenities and space for everyone, including playground, hot tub, BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area.


Nestled in the village of Gonia, amongst olive trees, Villa Resperi has a blissful view of the surrounding lush countryside that will instill a sense of serenity in you and help you unwind. Villa Resperi covers 280 m2, spreads in two levels and can accommodate 14 people in its 6 bedrooms and up to 16 if necessary. The villa is located within walking distance to a mini market, traditional taverna and cafe and just a short drive away from Rethymno town.

Ground Floor
The lower floor of Villa Resperi features 2 autonomous apartments, offering privacy among your group, both offering direct access to the pool terrace. The first one features an autonomous apartment, equipped with A/C, 1 single bed, 1 King size bed (1.60 X 2.00), closet, kitchen with small fridge and en-suite bathroom with rain shower cabin and hydromassage column. 2 folding beds are also available if required. The second autonomous apartment features a fireplace, sofa, 1 King size bed (1.60 X 2.00), 1 built-in single bed, closet, 32 TV, dining area for 4 guests, kitchen with small fridge and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

First Floor
From the pool terrace, stairs lead to the first floor where guests can find an open plan area, featuring the fully equipped kitchen will all necessary appliances for a self catered holiday, breakfast counter for 4 people and 32 TV, as well as a dining table for 4. On this floor guests can also find:
-1 bedroom with a king size bed (1.60 X 2.00) and wooden crib, ideal for couples with small children
-1 bedroom with bunk neds (2 single beds)
-1 bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine
-The 1st floor veranda with pergola, dining table and kitchenette, enjoying countryside views, ideal for breakfast.


Autonomous Apartment
Next to the pool, there is also an additional autonomous apartment, offering more privacy among your group. This secluded space has a private entrance and direct access to the garden and pool terrace, featuring 2 additional bedrooms, each one with a king Size bed (1,60 X 2,00) and individually controlled A/C. The apartment also provides an additional living room, fully equipped kitchen and an extra bathroom with washing machine.


All indoor areas and bedrooms have A/Cs for your comfort.

Outdoor Area

The villa boasts a large outdoor area of 1.100 m2 on different levels. Wherever you are outside, the natural surroundings embrace you, as the property is surrounded by trees and flowers, making you feel right in nature. The outdoor area facilities include:

- A private, 45 m2 freeform, beach style swimming pool with lawn covered area, providing 6 sun beds. The pool has walk-in access and reaches 1,2m depth.

- A second, 15 m2, swimming pool, 1,4 m deep. The second pool area is equipped with 2 additional sun beds and an extra lounging area. This pool can be heated with an additional daily cost (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).

-A 2 seater Hot tub and outdoor living room are also available next to the BBQ area

- Large barbecue area with charcoal barbecue, grill, small fridge, outdoor sink, storage cabinets, built in stone bench and dining table for 10 under a pergola.

-Fenced playground area with trampoline, slide, swing, wooden play structure and toys that ensures many hours of fun. Also, the artificial turf covered area, will allow you to be carefree regarding your little ones.

- Wooden swing and hammock. 2 bicycles are also provided for our guests, so they can explore the village and the nearby area.

- 2 Parking areas, 1 with space for 4 cars and 1 for 1 car inside the Villa premises. The whole outdoor area is fenced, offering privacy.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
