Modern house with private pool

Our house is perfect for a relaxing summer vacation. Very light with a nice pool, 3 bedrooms with double beds and each with their own private full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have air conditioning and there is airconditioning in the large living room with open space kitchen and dining area with glass sliding doors to the terrace and pool area.
The house is situated in a calm neighborhood just a 5 minutes’ walk from the center of the lovely medieval village Calonge and about 10 minutes by car from the beach of San Antonio de Calonge.
The house is accesible through a driveway with direct access to the exclosed garage with direct accés to the hall. A flight of stairs lead you to the air conditioned ground floor with the large open space living, dining and kitchen. There is a curtesy toilet and one bedroom with private bathroom. The glass sliding doors give you access to the pool area. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms both with air conditioning and private bathroom. And there is a nice terrace to chill out during the evenings with a nice view over the castle, the mountains and the sea.
