Centro Golden View Villa commands breathtaking, panoramic views over the coastline and Chania town. This sophisticated & modern villa enjoys a privileged location close to beautiful beaches and amenities. With 6 bedrooms, including a small internal apartment, gym, ping pong table, workspace, lawned garden, barbecue and swimming pool.


Perched just outside the vibrant town of Chania, Centro Golden View Villa enjoys an elevated setting that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the town and the sparkling aquamarine coastline. Spanning 350 m2 across three levels, this spacious residence comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in six beautifully appointed bedrooms.


Ground Floor


- Open-plan air-conditioned living area with 65" Smart TV, two plush sofas, and double nest coffee tables.
- Indoor dining area seats 10 guests.
- Wine cooler (stocked daily with Cretan wines; extra charge).
- Fully equipped kitchen with: Wall-mounted appliances, large island with built-in hob. Pantry-style space and direct access to parking.
- Private office space.
- Guest WC.


First Floor
- Master Bedroom: King-size bed, 43" Smart TV, dual-aspect windows, private balcony, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, rain shower & toilet cubicles.
- Bedroom 2: King-size bed 1.80 x 2.00), 32" Smart TV, private balcony with countryside views.
- Bedrooms 3 & 4: King-size beds 1.80 x 2.00) that can be converted into 2 singles, 32" Smart TVs, shared balcony.
- Shared bathroom with double sinks, rain shower, toilet, washing machine & tumble dryer.


Lower Level
- Private sauna and fully equipped gym: Treadmill, cross trainer, bench press, TRX straps, dumbbells, yoga mats, horizontal weight bar, punch bag, skipping rope, yoga blocks.
- Lounge with 55" TV & PS4.
- Direct outdoor access with a ping pong table and entry to parking.
- Additional bathroom next to the gym.


Self-Contained Apartment (Lower Level)
-Private living area with sofa, coffee table, TV, secondary kitchen, and dining table for 4.


-Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00).
-Bedroom 6: Twin beds 0.90 x 2.00 that can be converted into a King-size.
-Shared bathroom with rain shower, toilet, and sink.
-Both bedrooms with air conditioning, wardrobes, vanity, and natural light via high-set windows.

- 50 m2 private swimming pool with heating/cooling (heating available on request with 1-week notice, extra charge).
- Sunbeds with umbrellas, a poolside gazebo with 2 additional loungers, and outdoor shower.

Amazing home with wonderful views and amenities

We were 3 families staying at this wonderful home in Chania, Crete in June of '24. Not only was the management company easy to deal with, but the owner was lovely and stopped by to show us the house and provide us info on the area. We also arranged to have a chef prepare dinner on our first night there which was fantastic and a huge hit with our group. The outdoor area with the pool and grill and amazing views were the best part about this house, though the amenities of the house itself were also incredible. It is also conveniently located to a grocery store that is less than a 10 minute walk as well as restaurants that are close by. We did not rent a car and used the taxi service that was recommended by the hosts, which worked fine, but will rent a car next time as there is so much to see in Crete. All of us who stayed there would definitely rent this home again. We can't say enough good things about the home, the management team, and owner. 5 star, A+

A beautiful villa in a prime location

Our family of 9--children, parents, and grandparents--enjoyed this beautifully situated new villa. Our host, Chrissa, was very accommodating, as was the rental agency and everyone responded to texts/requests within a matter of minutes. They also arranged a wonderful organic slow-food luncheon high in the mountains at Dounias that was worth the winding roads up and down. The outdoor areas were very spacious as were the interiors and we appreciated the daily maid service and linen/towel changes midweek. Alert: do not rely solely on google maps for the location but, when nearby, look for the white signs that say: Golden View Villa, basically an unmarked road opposite the Kriaki Hotel sign on the other side of the road. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed making friends with some neighboring cats and also a male and female peacock. It was very dramatic seeing the panoramic sea views but also the snow-capped mountain views in the rear of the villa. We walked down to the beach (obviously an uphill return) and then hiked further on to the peninsula where there were good hiking paths and very dramatic views. We understand that another beach a little bit down the coast has a playground. A very enjoyable stay.

Modern luxury villa in great location

My extended family of 12 all really enjoyed the property. Spectacular views from the front and rear - White Mountains and Med. High quality property. The manager, Chrysa, is very responsive and friendly and gave several gifts during our month long stay. Would stay again
