Villa Calypso, a brand new villa, is the ultimate retreat where guests can enjoy relaxation and luxury and is ideal for groups and families, as it can host up to 7 guests. It is located a few km from the famous sandy beach of Falassarna with turquoise waters. The perfect destination for your vacation in Crete and the perfect combination of contemporary architecture and gorgeous views.
Indoor facilities
The villa is set all on one floor, with 3 airy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and is furnished and features a spacious lounge with a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, there is also the living room with a satellite TV. The kitchen is well-organized with all the electrical appliances. The modern design in combination with the elements of minimalism creates the perfect home for you to relax and enjoy your stay!
Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area is spacious and comfortable. There is a pool with sun loungers where you can sit back and enjoy the Cretan sun and view the endless blue. From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
