Hosting two bedrooms, including a double bed and a chest of drawers for storage, and twin 2”6 beds and drawers. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric stove. Outside there is off-road parking for one car and an open front garden space with seating. 57 Cherry Park, St Chapel St Leonards is ideal for a small family seaside getaway. Please note; Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on site.
Amenities: Electric heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hobs, microwave, fridge, freezer, Smart TV. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. rent.
