Welcome to our beautiful mobile home called The Fox Den in Christchurch located in the New Forest Hampshire.

10 MINUTE WALK TO AVON BEACH!

Hoburne holiday park is a small family friendly 5 STAR HOLIDAY PARK and has lots on offer. Indoor and outdoor heated pools, Gym, Sauna, Steam room, Entertainment, Cafe, Brasserie, Children's clubs, Indoor soft play, Amusement arcade, And Launderette. Access to the clubhouse is all included.

The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Including kayak and boat hire, crabbing at Mudeford Quay, And lovely restaurants. Make sure you try The Noisy Lobster on Avon Beach or maybe walk up to the pub and watch the fishing boats come in with the catch of the day! The New forest has lots to do to cater for any occasion.

As a self-catering mobile home, You will find everything you need for a perfect stay. Sainsbury's and is a 5 minute drive or there is a local Spar shop just 1 minute walk away with lovely fresh bread every day.

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The mobile home is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. With outside decking, Table and chairs so you can enjoy the sunset or watching the children go off on their bikes and enjoy just being children.

This Fox Den is so called as I spent many summers on this park in my grandparents caravan and their sirname was Fox so this is where the name, The Fox Den comes from. The mobile home has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge so can sleep 8

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. and wardrobe. In the next bedroom, there are 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a sink and a walk-in shower.

The second has a toilet and a sink.

You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels. Bedding is provided. FULL ACCESS TO THE POOLS AND CLUBHOUSE ARE INCLUDED Boring bit!!!
House Rules:
- Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out is before 10am.
- Smoking is strictly not allowed in any part of the mobile home including the decking.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Please leave the property clean and tidy! If extra cleaning is required a charge of £200 will be invoiced to the holiday maker. There are 6 passes included in your rental, Additional passes can be purchased at reception.
