The holiday villa has been skillfully restored from a hotel and still retains its original charm to wow its guests.

Outside, in an oasis-like ambience, the holiday villa offers a large pool area to splash under the Tuscan sun and relax with your favourite drink whilst tanning to the perfect summer skin. The private fenced garden of the retreat is for the exclusive use of the guests and is particularly adapted to the little ones, both human and furry friends. Lovely alfresco dining along with barbecue rounds up the ultimate vacation experience here and ensures that guests have enough time to socialise, rewind and reconnect with their loved ones on their holiday.

Inside, the holiday villa is dominated by large panoramic glass windows that give it an overall soothing vibe and ensure the maximum connection with the nature outside. The huge living room of the villa is centred around a fireplace and has an assortment of seating spaces to kick back and relax! Two big indoor dining areas overlooking the lush exteriors, along with a professional kitchen equipped with all essential utilities further ensure that the guests have a completely carefree self-catering experience here. Essential kitchen utilities include a dishwasher, oven, microwave, a Mokka coffee maker and fridge, among others.

Sleeping

Out of the ten bedrooms of the holiday villa, there are 4 cosy and well-illumined ensuite bedrooms with a double bed and wardrobe. 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a wardrobe. Two more bedrooms with 2 single beds each. The remaining 2 bedrooms make up a family suite, with a double bedroom opening out onto a bedroom with bunk beds.

All bedrooms are on the first floor.

There are 7 bathrooms in the villa. All ensuite bathrooms have a shower, WC and bidet. The remaining 3 bathrooms have a shower and WC.

If the guests are holidaying at this Villa in the month of July, then The Festival of Anghiari – a lovely mix of classical, Chambre and choral music – is unmissable for music lovers. At the same time, for history lovers, this small village offers fairly big structures to appreciate like the Palazzo Pretorio, Villa La Barbolana and Castello di Galbino.

From the holiday villa, the beautiful historical city of Arezzo, with the most notable mediaeval square featuring the Palace of Lay Fraternity, the Giorgio Vasari Loggia, as well as, a treasure trove of beautiful religious buildings is a 22-minutes drive.
