Only a short walk away from beaches and Falmouth old town, with its winding streets, shops, bars, restaurants and cafés. This is our second stay this year in this exceptional apartment. As previously we had a trouble free, relaxing stay, with easy access to stunning beaches and beautiful scenic sights. A must to stay in if visiting this part of Cornwall.

A Wonderful Base for a Special Family Getaway

We’ve just enjoyed a wonderful couple of weeks in Cornwall, recharging our batteries with some much-needed rest and recreation. A major part of what made this break so special was the apartment — a truly luxurious haven with stunning coastal views. The space is beautifully designed, with airy rooms, high ceilings, and tasteful décor that creates an immediate sense of calm and comfort. Its immaculate condition and high standard of maintenance made it a joy to stay in. The manager was excellent — responsive, helpful, and quick to provide recommendations or answer any queries. The close proximity to Falmouth Town Station was ideal, allowing family to join us for short visits, which was another real highlight. We unreservedly recommend this apartment for a holiday — it’s certainly one of the best we’ve stayed in.

Great stay!

An impressive property in an ideal location for visiting the town and beach, both within easy walking distance. An excellent base for travelling further afield by car or ferry. It was clean and comfortable. I would certainly recommend.

Elegant Manor House, central, great views

Beautiful property, everything catered for. We stayed a week with our 2 teenagers and loved the easy location. Walking distance to beach and town. Waking every morning to beautiful sea views from the Living room, kitchen and patio. Would love to return. Highly recommend.

Our idea of a perfect holiday residence

Even if we hadn't had such great weather, this apartment was such a lovely place to spend time, we would have still had a great time. High ceilings, plenty of day light, beautiful appointed in decoration, furniture and appliances. The main living space is a spacious lounge, diner, kitchen beautifully laid our to take advantage of lovely view of the sea through a subtropical garden. Large patio enjoying the same perfect views of the Cornish coast. Your own parking space almost on the doorstep, two ensuite shower rooms, a family bathroom and loads of wardrobe/storage space. Lisa provided excellent communication, support and direction along with the excellent information in the apartment and Mollie who cleans was available if required, but provided such a spotless finish, we didn't need to contact during our week. You really feel like a Lord & Lady of the manor and although other apartments are attached, you wouldn't know it. It feels private and has uninterrupted views of the bay, boats and beautiful garden. Close to lovely beaches and brilliant walks (hikes also) on the coastal path. Great places to eat and around the bustling town of Falmouth without the noise. We could have parked up, never use the car for the entire week and never be board. We will return.

WOW! What an amazing place

This is our fourth time staying in Falmouth, but our first time staying at the Manor Apartment. This place is amazing, highly recommended. Great for the beach and the town centre, you can walk everywhere. Have already booked for next year.

Absolutely superb

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Manor apartment, probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in. A very good meal at the Greenbank Hotel and the Thebah Garden was a lovely day out.

Property was excellent in all departments. The apartment was of a high standard especially the soft furnishings for our holiday. High Class! Good secure parking. Lisa was always at the end of a phone when needed and very helpful.

Great apartment - highly recommend

We have stayed in a lot of holiday rentals in Falmouth over the years and this apartment is by far the best. Great location, very spacious, well equipped and the views from the private terrace are lovely. A short walk from the beaches and the shops in Falmouth. So good that we booked to come again (before we’d left this time around).

Fabulous apartment in fabulous location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this gorgeous property overlooking the Gyllingdune Gardens and sea beyond. The apartment itself was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could need making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy being in. It is an excellent location in easy walking distance of beaches and Falmouth town, with its restaurants, cafes and takeaways, as well as two small supermarkets. It is also a really peaceful location. We were delighted to have discovered this jewel of place! Lisa was also a joy to deal with, very helpful and made booking and checking in and out really easy. Thank you for having us. We hope to be back.
