I got a phone call 30 minutes before my arrival to say the shower head is broken and they can get a maintenance bloke out now or tomorrow when were out. I asked them to get someone out ASAP as I didnt want anyone in the lodge while I was out. He said he will call me back within 1 hour and confirm but that phone call never come.The deck chair was ripped and my son fell through. Also one of the gas rings wasn't working on the Range. I paid a lot of money for my stay and I expected everything to be perfect. Otherwise me and my family had a brilliant time and would definitely book again, hopefully this time getting a fully functional lodge. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures.

Lovely lodge

We really enjoyed our stay over Easter weekend, helped by the lovely warm weather. The lodge is located a few mins drive from Burgh Castle which is well worth visiting along with a walk along the boardwalk to the Fisherman Inn which overlooks the broads. We struggled a bit to find the lodge to start so tbhas there aren’t any signs to that part of the site but got there in the end. The lodge is well equipped and extremely wellMaintained and we would definitely book again due to its locality.

The accommodation was excellent, everything supplied. The only problem was with the television. We could not get a picture. After many phone calls and visits by the maintenance man, an aerial engineer was called and put us on a channel for the last night of our stay. Apparently the problem is with the Park itself not having enough capacity. Needs sorting!

Weekend Break

Overall nice property and nice location. Just a couple of points to note Bed in shower ensuite is too soft and curtains are very sun damaged and don't look nice mattress on sofa beds - no mattress covers and mattress dips in the middle Decking needs a jet wash Inside the accommodation spacious in living room and everything there for you. Wifi we had no joy at all in connecting the whole weekend. Night Club on site very noisy up to 1 a.m. on the saturday night you could hear constant thump thump of the base music.

Good place to chill

The stay was lovely. Location very good for visiting the area. Shop on site in case you run out of bits. The only problem we had could not find keysafe so had to ring office who were very helpful...45mins later we got in...its hidden behind the "bush". When you get into caravan the book tells you where it is, but thats abit too late as you are now already in ! The picture of bush is alot smaller so you would have seen it then.

Lovely three day stay at this property. Everything you could wish for, with comfortable sofas, beds etc plus outside space with table and chairs for the beautiful weather we were fortunate to have. Highly recommended.

Beautiful lodge spotlessly clean amazing decor and equipment beds were amazing memory foam mattresses and toppers ensuites were spotless we had an amazing stay and it was sunny most days the owners left very clear Instructions on using all the appliances and Wi fi absolutely fabulous x

Easter break with an autistic grandson

We had a lovely break 5 nights over Easter We never know what to expect with our grandson but this holiday retreat ticked all the boxes with him ,swimming pool playgrounds and climbing frame and not overly busy which suited us The lodge was Fantastic with so much room we sat mostly outside on the decking as the spring sunshine did its thing but a firm yes from our family although the grandson was very upset to see the back of our little house as he called it

Relaxing break

lovely lodge, very comfortable, home from home. Only drawback was on day of arrival the freezer door would not close properly due build up of ice. Needed to do a mini defrost scrapping ice away and empty excess ice from freezer. Otherwise very relaxing break.
