Unit Layout
The Landais property is a 4-room chalet with a total area of 50 square meters. It features a comfortable and beautifully furnished living/dining room with a television (flat screen) and an exit leading to a terrace with a pergola. The chalet has three bedrooms: one with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, another with a French bed of the same size, and the third room equipped with a pull-out bed suitable for two people, measuring 2 x 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. Additionally, it offers an open kitchen area fitted with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and WC, and a separate WC.
