You will be staying in a spacious 4-room house with a total area of 100 square meters, offering a south-facing position for optimal sunlight and warmth. The living/dining room spans a generous 46 square meters and is equipped with a satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning for your comfort. This room provides direct access to the terrace through an exit. The property features three bedrooms, one with a French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, another with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, and the third room with two beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm long.

Amenities Included
The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine for your convenience. The property also offers two bathrooms, one with a bath/WC combination and the other with a shower/WC. While there is no heating option available, the south-facing position and air conditioning should provide a comfortable environment.
