Charming 3-bedroom villa nearby Loulé, complete with all the outdoor space and facilities to make your holiday a stress free one. The property is fully equipped inside and out, including air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. It includes a good-sized swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers.



Bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed as follow:



 1st Floor - En-suite bedroom with double bed;

 1st Floor - En-suite bedroom with double bed;

 Ground floor – Bedroom with twin beds;

 Ground floor – Bathroom with shower;



All the bedrooms have air conditioning.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The lounge contains a dining table with 6 chairs, 1 4-seater sofa with chez-long, fireplace, and a TV set. Easy access from the lounge and the kitchen to the outdoor area.



The villa is very private and quiet. The pool catches the sunshine all day long and is 10 meters long by 5 meters wide.

There is also a nice charcoal B.B.Q and a table for 6 people to enjoy some delicious outdoor meals in the shade.

Wonderful villa

Very nice villa with all facilities. An amazing swimming pool with a beautiful view. Well situated near Loule which is a living small city not too much polluted by hordes of tourists. We had some technical issues but the level of service of Seashell which was managing the house was reactive and excellent. The sole inconvenient but part of the Portuguese culture is the continuous barking of dogs during the night in the countryside which prevents from sleeping with open windows. We enjoyed the stay a lot

Dated property with misleading pictures

Plenty of space, great pool, lime, fig and orange trees, good internet, secure, great views. No usable shower, broken dishwasher, smell from sewer, clean the pool daily, about five barking dogs periodically at the neighbours gate by the pool,

Great place but AirCon so noisy it prevented us from sleeping

Overall we loved the place. It’s huge, clean and the pool area is great. Communication with the management company was great apart from when it came to the ancient air con unit in the 2nd double bedroom. They kept ignoring the issue and fobbing us off. My brother and his partner could not sleep in the room it was so loud and we could hear it from our room too (our aircon had been replaced recently by comparison) it was so bad I asked for compensation which never came and they just stopped replying to my communications about it. Aside from this massive issue which you just don’t expect from a place this expensive, the place also just lacked some homely touches. For example we bought a couple of cheap lamps because otherwise it was just massive ceiling lights in the living room and hallway / stairs. And we bought warm white bulbs for the bedroom lamps as they were cold bright white previously. We also bought large wine glasses as the existing ones were tiny 70’s Pub style. No chairs on the massive shared balcony was really lacking - we moved some dining chairs up there. And the balcony doors from the landing could only be opened by lifting the Velcro’s down rug that was placed in front bizarrely. So, overall we enjoyed it but I wouldn’t go again unless I had reassurances that that air on had been replaced. And the one in the twin room that my brother resorted to sleeping in wasn’t much better

Local fantástico!

Casa grande, espaçosa e com tudo o que precisamos para umas férias descansadas. Apenas uma coisa a apontar, a água da piscina manchou-nos a roupa toda de amarelo, não sei se será mesmo da água ou do cloro mas de facto ficámos com as toalhas e roupa de banho completamente manchadas de amarelo.
