VILLA MARTINA - MASSA LUBRENSE
Located only 700 metres from the town of Massa Lubrense, Villa Martina is a private property with private swimming pool ideal for those who want to be close to amenities. Within walking distance you will find shops, restaurants, bars and the bus stop that takes you into the nearby towns such as Sorrento which is only 5km away.
Furthermore, the beach of Marina Della Lobra is only 300 metres away and can be reached via a private path of 100 steps directly from the villa. There, you will be able to find seaside restaurants and amenities. A car is recommended and it can be parked in a reserved parking space large enough for two vehicles, found at street level.
Access to the villa is from the main street through an electric gate and down a private foot path of around 300 metres. Please bear in mind that this is a steep descent and cars cannot fit. It is possible upon request to reserve a porter service for your arrival and departure to help with luggage, or additionally to help with groceries and heavy items.
The villa develops over 250 sq.m and two levels.
On the ground floor we find a large and bright air conditioned living room with sofas (one of them is a single sofa bed) overlooking the sea through large windows, TV and direct access to the terrace. There is a table with chairs for 12 and a fireplace. The large kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, etc. and it also has the laundry room with washing machine. There is one guest bathroom with toilet and sink only.
An internal staircase takes us up to the first floor where we have the sleeping area with: one single sofa bed in the hallway; one double bedroom with fan and access to a terrace via French doors; three double bedrooms each with air conditioning and access to a terrace; one twin bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning as well as access to the terrace. There are two separate bathrooms on this level, both with bathtub and shower head. One additional bathroom with shower, access from the hallway.
The beds are standard Italian sizes (160x190cm for the doubles; 80x190cm for the singles).
Outside, the villa has a private swimming pool (6.5x5.5m; 1.2-2.2m deep; open from April to October) equipped with sun lounges and umbrella. The terrace offers stunning views across the sea and is furnished with sofas, armchairs, as well as a table with chairs for al-fresco meals.
