EXCELLENT LOCATION, Pontile area, in a quiet street where you can hear the birds in the morning when you wake up, but close to all services (restaurants, shops, pharmacy, pastry shop) 5 minutes walk from the beach (400 meters).

Brand new apartment on the ground floor with private outdoor space (20 m2).
Entrance into the kitchen / living room with single or double sofa bed, smart TV, WI FI, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning with remote control.

Sleeping area with 2 medium-sized bedrooms each with 2 beds, and the possibility of a cot for children with sides, 2 bathrooms (including 1 service bathroom with washing machine).
Air conditioning with remote controls, Mosquito nets in the sleeping area.

Bed linen and towels only on request, to be paid on site in cash.

Forte dei Marmi is a 10-minute drive away, Viareggio is a 1-minute drive away, but they are both connected by the cycle path that runs along the beach.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und bietet alles, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage ist zudem sehr praktisch, nicht weit vom Strand und vom Zentrum entfernt, aber gleichzeitig in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und entspannt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Super Appartment mit tollem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und fixem Zugang zum Strand

Wirwaren Snfang April hier für eine Woche, um die Gegend um Lido di Camaiore, den Strand und den Ort zu erkunden.Das Appartment war dank Klimaanlage auch zufrühlingshaften Temperaturen (um die 15-18 Grad) gut nutzbar und bot eine gute Ausstattung, um mit Kindern den Urlaub zu erleben.Die Küche verfügt über eine tolle Ausstattung, es gibt Reinigungsutensilien für zwischendurch und eine Waschmaschine zur eigenen Nutzung. Toll fand ich, dass diverse Geschäfte, Bäcker und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar und immer ein naher Parkplatz in der Nähe zur Verfügung standen. Der kleine Patio lud bei Sonnenschein zum Verweilen ein. Super war auch die Kommunikation schon vor als auch während der Reise mit der Gastgeberin, der Self-Check-In und der reibungslose Internetzugang. War mal etwas zu klären, antwortete sie sofort und kümmerte sich rührend. Alles in Allem war es eine tolle Unterkunft.

Noi con la nostra famiglia siamo stati benissimo in questo fresco appartamento,arioso,silenzioso... Zona tranquilla ma vicina a negozi e a 5/6 Min dal mare ma con le biciclette messe a disposizione dalla gentile proprietaria in 2 minuti eravamo sul mare. Comodo il fatto che ha zona notte e zona giorno e lo spazio fuori un valore aggiunto. Molto pulito e tutto nuovo, Ritorneremo, a presto

Klein appartement in rustige omgeving

Het appartement ligt 5 minuutjes lopen van het strand in een rustige buurt. Het was er schoon. Alleen was het lastig met de WIFI, mede omdat de eigenaar moeilijk in het Engels kon communiceren. Uiteindelijk is het wel gelukt :-)

Con oggi è finita la mia vacanza, sono approdata su questo sito per caso, ho visto l'annuncio e ho prenotato subito. Sono stata contattata immediatamente dalla proprietaria che è sempre stata gentile e disponibile per darci le informazioni.
