Two Thumbs Up!

If you are looking for a cozy, well equipped apartment for a couple or small family, this is the place for you. The apartment is quiet, clean and comfortable. Located just 2 blocks from the beautiful El Retiro Park, 21/2 blocks to the Ibiza metro station and 31/2 blocks in another direction to the Principe de Vergara metro station, you can easily get to anywhere in Madrid quickly and economically. There are a variety of eating places within easy walking distance, and several 7/11 type grocery/convenience stores in the apartment’s neighborhood. There’s also a full-size supermarket just 21/2 blocks down the street. I cannot say enough good things about Vanessa, the host. She is courteous, helpful, prompt to respond to questions or concerns, and very personable. My wife, daughter and I really enjoyed our pleasant stay in Vanessa’s apartment.

Great location

Apartment is conveniently located by metro Ibiza and Parque Retiro. Lots of good restaurants in the area. The apartment is very clean and very modern. Great place to stay. Vanessa is an excellent host.

Alojamiento cómodo, limpio y con excelente ubicación !!

Apartamento súper cómodo, con una ubicación excelente ( metro, restaurantes y mercados cercanos) La propietaria muy amable y atenta. Sin duda alguna si volvemos a Madrid, nos quedaríamos de nuevo en este alojamiento.
