Designed for comfort and privacy, the house accommodates up to 9 guests, featuring four well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms — making it an ideal choice for families, couples traveling together, or groups seeking space, tranquility and convenience.
The interior embraces a contemporary and elegant style, thoughtfully decorated to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Air conditioning throughout the house ensures a pleasant temperature year-round. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances for preparing meals with fresh local ingredients, while the large living and dining area offers a comfortable space to gather — with cable TV, generous seating and direct access to the garden.

Quinta da Morgadia is a standalone property, surrounded by nature and designed for quiet stays. The house and garden are entirely private, with no shared spaces. We kindly ask guests to respect the calm atmosphere of the area.
To preserve the serenity of the location, parties, loud music and external visitors are not allowed. The beauty of the Quinta lies in its silence — the sound of the ocean in the distance, the wind in the trees, and the light at sunrise and sunset.
Parking is free and available on the quiet road next to the property.
Please note that, due to the natural landscape, some outdoor areas may include steps, uneven ground or stone paths.
The village of Feteiras has essential services close by, including a small bakery, local cafés and restaurants. For a wider selection, Ponta Delgada is just a 10-minute drive away.
If you are traveling with a larger group, the property’s four bedrooms and spacious layout make it ideal for families or groups enjoying the island together. The house offers privacy for each guest while keeping everyone connected through the shared living areas and the garden.

We keep things simple — just a few rules to help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:
• No smoking inside the house. If you smoke, please do so outside.
• Garbage: please do not leave trash inside. Use the public bins nearby.
• Save energy: turn off the lights whenever you leave the house.
• Respect the neighbors: quiet hours in Portugal are from 23:00 to 7:00. You’re on holiday, but people around you are not — thank you for being considerate.
• Safety first: always lock the door when entering or leaving the house.
• No pets allowed.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Towels: white towels are for bathroom use only. Please avoid stains and do not take them outside. Blue beach towels are available if needed.
