Location: located in the charming Taunus Village of Numana, a noble complex of villas and apartments surrounded by greenery and located in the most dominant part of Numana. Access to the swimming pool of the Sea Green Residence reserved for a maximum of 6 people (opening period 15/06 - 09/09)

Large living room with sofa, dining table and kitchenette with dishwasher - double bedroom with double bed and single bed - second bedroom with double bed and single bed - third bedroom with single bed - two bathrooms with shower cubicle (one of which with washing machine) – garden equipped with gazebo, table and chairs.
Parking space. Access to the shared swimming pool.
The price includes:
- rent
- consumption of water, electricity and gas
- 24 hour on-site assistance
- initial and final cleaning
- the supply of bedroom and bathroom linen for all beds in the house
