The house is on two floors: living area consisting of living room, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor with courtyard in front and little bathroom; on the second floor two bedrooms (both with air conditioning) and the bathroom (with large shower 70x140cm). Back porch with laundry area and relaxang area (with air conditioning).
The house had been renovated in March 2024:

The beach is just 1 km away, reachable by bike, on foot and by car.
Possibility to bring your bicycles.
Excellent for 4 people + 1 small child.
Located in a strategic area, it will allow you to spend your holidays between the sea, cities of art and nature.

Viareggio applies the touristic tax to be paid cash at your arrival (at the moment €1.50 per person aged from 18 years for the first 10 days). You will receive a receipt accordingly.
At your arrival we will need to see your documents (babies included).
The price does NOT include energy costs (water, electricity and gaz) from 15 September to 15 June.
From 15/06 to 15/09 the price includes energy costs except eletricity for air conditioned (to be paid separatly).
Air conditioning, if requested, is always at the guest's account.
