Leider war der versprochene Swimmingpool nicht vorhanden und die Wasserversorgung im Haus auch oft nicht vorhanden.

I chose to own a property in this part of town due to the serenity and security within the estate and the 300 Sqm of land the property stands
The Estate has 24hrs Security and I have also personally installed a Solar Panel and Inverter and an electric generator to make sure the home benefits from 24hrs electricity supply.
