Cae Berllan is a charming, detached, single-storey cottage resting in Mynytho, Gwynedd. The single-storey house hosts three bedrooms, including two doubles and a twin room, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with electric fire. Outside there is private parking for several cars and an enclosed garden with furniture. Cae Berllan is a lovely dwelling for a family gathering to Wales.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer washing machine, and hairdryers in the double bedrooms. Smart TV, 3 x TVs, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed Linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair are available. Hot tub. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio area, and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.2 miles, pub 2.2 miles. Note: The fence in the garden is 3ft 6inches, and has livestock in the neighboring field, please consider this when booking with dogs
Please note - the hot tub will be emptied, cleaned and refilled on every changeover, it may not be up to temperature on the first night

Llanbedrog hosts two pubs, both of which serve delicious pub grub, along with a handy shop, a beautiful beach making it the ideal base for exploring, or staying local and savouring a peaceful break to the coast.
