Located in the friendly estate of Colleton Gardens "Bajan Memories" is on the north west coast of beautiful Barbados. A fully equipped home offering:

- 3 bedrooms each w/ full private en-suite & balcony
- stunning brand new pool and outdoor lanai surrounded tropical oasis
- full service kitchen including dishwasher

5 min walk to the beach & famous Fish Pot restaurant, 5 mins by car to Speightstown, and 45 mins from Airport, our home offers everything you'd need for an easy tropical vacation!

Our home is quarantine approved. Additional security fees apply to quarantine time.

Our charming, fully outfitted family home "Bajan Memories" is located in the quiet area of Colleton Gardens, perfect for those seeking the beauty of Barbados, without the traffic and crowds of the touristic south coast. Minutes by foot to the beach, our home boasts an ideal location for those seeking a peaceful Barbados escape. A simple, easy going place, Bajan Memories is a well loved home we hope to share with travellers who appreciate honest and caring hosts.

We had a fantastic family holiday! , the villa is lovely and has everything you need plus a great pool. It’s in a quiet location with daily monkey visits for entertainment! The fish pot is 5 mins away which has lovely food and Pier One only 10 mins away and a lovely beach there. Simon was there to meet us on arrival and to explain everything about the villa and was so welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

super nice charming villa

We really enjoyed our time in the super nice charming villa with a great pool and we will never forget our stay. Everything has really been thought of. Simon gave us a warm welcome and explained everything. The description corresponds to reality. The area is very quiet, safe and well situated, no disturbance. There was more than enough space for 6 people in the house, by the pool and on the patio. The furniture is lovely and well fitted. There is also a washing machine and line with clothespins. In the kitchen there are many different spices, lots of dishes and well-functioning electrical appliances. Even dishwasher tabs, detergent and kitchen towels were available. There was one set of beach towels and one set of pool towels, as well as two sets of towels for all 6 travelers. In the afternoon, monkeys sometimes came to do gymnastics in the nearby trees and eat leaves. This was so beautiful to watch and a highlight for our children. In 4 min by car you can reach a dream beach where there are hardly any people in the second section. No other beach in Barbados is as beautiful and quiet as this one.Many thanks Simon for everything!

Bajan memories made

Everything was just as described in listing. The property was very clean, private and quiet. The location was perfect! Everything is within a short walk or drive from the rental unit. We enjoyed the short walk to nearby beach for the sunset, then a great meal at Fish Pot (also walking distance from property). Simon was very helpful and gave excellent directions and recommendations. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone wanting a quiet, roomy and secure place to stay on Barbados.

You should stay here!

My wife and I stayed here a week to recharge the batteries. The pool is the best feature obviously, with a nice kitchen and big master bedroom and bathroom. The other bedrooms/bathrooms were nice, all clean, no damage. Quiet neighborhood with good privacy. Only a 5min walk to Smitons Bay Beach (you’ll be the only ones there). The property manager Simon was great: he’s got all the answers. We highly recommend you book this house!

Relaxed Vacation

We enjoyed the quiet location in the green, except for the morning dog barking in the neighborhood when the monkey family passed. Very nice large house with very good facilities and great pool, very good care of Simon and the cleaning service.

Relaxation

This property was very clean and spacious. It’s Well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The house manager Simon lives close by so is at hand should you need him. Thankfully we didn’t. Would definitely book again.

Bajan Memories Perfect Villa, Perfect Location

We had a wonderful time, the villa is excellent, and the help from Simon the manager was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the location perfect with only a few minutes walk to the beach and the excellent 'Fish Pot' restaurant. So thank you for all your help in making our holiday go so smoothly.
