Casinha Atlântica is a little cozy house which will make you feel at home. Its the perfect place for two, to enjoy the natural sun light that enters through the living room or to simply take sun baths in our garden.

The photos speaks for itself, a mordern kitchen with all the equipments needed for your stays.
Altough it doesn't have parking it is possible to park outside in the street.
You will see that you are really close to the city center with the advantage of being away from the city noise.

Be aware that Madeira is a thriving destination with ongoing tourism and real estate development, enhancing the island's charm and amenities. Please note that some construction works may occur during your stay. These activities are not related to our properties and are part of the island’s broader growth. We appreciate your understanding and are confident that your stay will be delightful despite any potential minor inconveniences.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Dieses kleine Ferienhaus ist top ausgerüstet für Selbstversorger, liegt etwas versteckt am östlichen Rand von Funchal, aber auch fussläufig zum Zentrum. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ganz nah und auch eine tolle Bäckerei. Etwas störend war leider nur der entfernte Baulärm einer großen Baustelle an einem Wasserwerk.

Alles super, nur leider Baustellenlärm.

Es hat uns super gefallen, das Haus war wie beschrieben. Leider war eine Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft, sodass tagsüber keine Ruhe zu finden war.

Perfekt little Holiday Apartement

We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy apartement! It was very comfortable and has everything you need and is very well equiped! There‘s a dishwasher, washing mashine, hait dryer, TV, everything in the kitchen … It is also very lovley furnished akf makes you feel at home! Furthermore the service was very easy, welcoming and obliging. They checked us in late and organised a very ealry airport transfer. We didn‘t even had to ask as they contacted us a few days prior. Thank you for the very pleasant stay!
