Aquaemaris Apartment is a three-room apartment with a large panoramic terrace, in the historic center, facing the sea. A small pearl for anyone who loves to spend a special stay caressed by the sea breeze. Located in the historic center with its attractions, shopping and the possibility of moving easily to the beaches, pine forests and islands of the Archipelago. Just 300 meters from the ferry terminal. Car and bike rentals under the house, restaurants, shops, services, easy urban mobility with buses just a few steps away. Equipped terrace, sundeck of 24 square meters, unique in the area. Outdoor furniture for lunches, appetizers and romantic dinners. Bedroom with French bed and a living room with open kitchen. The third bed can be removed from the sofa in the living room, with comfortable mattresses and air conditioning. Full bathroom. Smart TV, printer and desk.
