The apartment has everything necessary for a vacation: a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a sitting space and a living room. We decorated our apartments as if we were decorating them for ourselves, so we are sure you will love every single room, but the one that will completely blow you away is the 10 m2 terrace with a tent that has UV protection and outdoor furniture.

If you decide to enjoy a homemade meal on the terrace, you can make it in the completely furnished kitchen with appliances of the highest quality. The dishwasher and the washing machine will help you get things back as they were, so you can rest as much as possible – that’s what vacations are for.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, and close to all natural and cultural sights this area has to offer. Apartments offer incredible views of island Ciovo , Drvenik islands and Medena bay. Situated on the top location only 30 m from beach are your ideal dream exape!

Our house is located in Seget Donji a small fishing village where you can still experience the old Dalmatian tradition way of living with Mediterranean vegetation, charming bays with rocky and pebble beaches, as well as for numerous islands and islets great for daily boat or yacht trips.

Nice Summer Holiday near Trogir

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The bedroom was big with a closet. In my opinion, the sofa bed in the living room is only suitable for children up to 12 years. Older children or adults will have problems staying overnight. From the balcony you have a good view of the sea. The beach and restaurants were reachable after a few meters. Trogir can also be reached by car in 5 minutes.

Sehr gut gelegenes Appartament, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, Strand, Kaffeebar und einige Restaurants. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist überragend und nach Trogir kommt man super mit dem Wassertaxi.

Excellent location, great view from balcony, nice restaurants accessible by foot.

We just finished spending a week at apartment #3 and fully enjoyed our stay. Before heading to Croatia for our first trip I was under the impression we might enjoy staying in Split or another larger city more than a smaller city, now I can say we are relieved we chose this location in Seget Donji. The apartment is truly in a prime location, you are only a 2 minute drive away from a couple bakeries and 5 minutes away from Trogir's city center. We rented a car, but truly you wouldn't need one if you planned on having a chill vacation and were willing to walk and use boat/bus transportation to go sightseeing. We didn't have many interactions with Anamarija's family but knew at any time we could reach out for help if we needed it. The check in process was very easy, her dad speaks a good amount of English and Anamarija is fluent :). The apartment itself felt totally clean and fresh for us. Some nice touches we really appreciate our having some basics upon arrival such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, coffee filters etc., this makes the first days shopping minimal and alot easier. I would now recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to this region of Croatia. We went in October and enjoyed the low key atmosphere and lack of tourism during this time. There are multiple restaurants just a 4 minute walk away that border the waterfront. We ate at Buta's Restaurant 5 times, and loved sitting 4 feet away from the water and listening to the waves while dining. I know it's only because it's currently the off-season but we were surprised at how well priced the menu was and spent and average of 28-32 usd equivalent there. The "Buta Burger " is the best I have had in Europe and the location was truly wonderful. From the apartment we were just over 50 minutes away by car to Krka National Park and roughly 40 minutes away from Split. The nearby small cities that you can drive to within 15-25 minutes are also fun to explore and take food from the bakery for breakfast and find a nice nook waterside to sit by. Just a note about the TV if you plan to use it, it's maybe 32 inches so from the couch it's a little bit small if you are use to a bigger size but we turned it on once and were happy to not use the TV much. The best atm we found for withdrawing money without a fee for the conversion was in front of "Ribola" grocery store a 2 minute drive away from the apartment. Thank you to Anamarija for making our first trip to Croatia fabulous!!

Perfect Peace.

From start to finish this was a wonderful break. The apartment is of an exceptional standard throughout :clean, cosy, well equipped, and the view from the balcony! Just one hour on that terrace taking in the scenery and a sense of relaxation takes over. We just loved it. Seget Donji is a great little base to explore from. There is good walking in both directions along the sea front . Trogir is easily reachable on foot and as mentioned in other reviews there is a reliable boat taxi too. From Trogir there is a ferry that takes you to Split and various islands: in short, if you are here without a car as we were there are plenty of options for getting around. The local restaurants are good and there is a huge range of choice in Trogir. Anamarija, the owner, is lovely and so are her parents. We are fairly low maintenance so were pretty much left to ourselves but Anamarija responded immediately and helpfully to any communications. We would book a stay at this apartment again without hesitation. Tana and Marian.

Beautiful Apartment & Location

We have just finished a lovely relaxing week and everything was just perfect. The apartment was spotlessly clean (it shined!) and had everything we needed and more. We stayed in No 3. It was great to be such a short distance from Split airport (just 15 minutes in the car) but everywhere was so peaceful. Anamarija's Father kindly picked us up from the airport and even took us food shopping on the way (and helped pack our bags!). This was really appreciated and helped us settle in so quickly. We sat on the balcony overlooking the sea view for hours just watching the little boats and the world go by. There are 3 or 4 nice places to eat just minutes from the apartment - just a short stroll along the sea front. We also used the Bar/Grill in the Campsite just next door and had some lovely lunches - really good food (and we are fussy!) and nice beer/wine at really low prices. The staff there were particularly friendly and helpful. The little boat over to Trogir was really useful - we used it lots and it ran like clockwork and just cost about £2.00 each! Trogir is good to visit and has many restaurants to chose from - explore the back streets to find the more traditional ones - the fancier ones are along the front overlooking the Yachts. Overall - it was a great place to stay and we would love to return - relaxing, safe and with beautiful panoramic views. The whole stay was made perfect by the accommodating hosts . Wonderful holiday destination

Anamarija was helpful and communicative from the time of booking through til when we left the property. The property itself is modern, bright and well furnished providing the perfect base to explore this beautiful country. Located just up the coast from Trogir and only a 15 minute drive from the airport. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and bars and a very convenient water ferry into Trogir. The apartment was in a quiet location and has a lovely balcony view of the sea and islands. Kitchen small but well equiped. Looks exactly like the pictures. Would stay there again.

We had a lovely holiday.

It was our first visit to Croatia and we loved it. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The shower is a power shower that has constant hot water which is always a bonus! The bedroom has good storage space and the bed is very comfortable. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony and have breakfast or a drink and just admire the beautiful view. Nice restaurants within walking distance and Trogir which is a lovey place to visit is a 30 min walk or a 15 min boat ride away. Anamarija the owner is really nice and helpful. We hope to visit Croatia again and if we choose to stay in Seget Donji we will definitely book this apartment again.

Lovely Apartment with a Beautiful View

The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. We only ever had breakfast there but we had everything we needed. Being situated in Seget, the location is very peaceful and the view we discovered on our first morning was stunning. A small bakery/shop is situated close by for essentials, and after a further 5-10 minutes walk you will find a handful of restaurants/bars. Anyone wishing to venture further afield will find the bus station and car hire companies operate out of Trogir. There is a regular half hourly boat service to Trogir just a short stroll down the road towards the beach from the apartment. The boat journey takes approx. 15 minutes and the last one leaves Trogir late in the evening. We would certainly recommend the apartment and location, far enough to enjoy peace and quiet, but within easy reach of that part of Croatia and all it has to offer.

Our favourite thing had to be the view, we sat for hours just relaxing enjoying the view. There was everything that we needed in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, the shower was nice and powerful and the bed was comfortable. Anamarija was lovely checking at we had everything we wanted.

Entspannende Urlaubswoche im Oktober

Wir (Paar 59 und 60) haben eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht- Das Appartment war genau, wie beschrieben, wir haben jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und die vorbeifahrenden Segler und Boote beobachtet. Mit dem Taxi Boot war man in 15 Minuten in Trogir. Das war sehr angenehm.

Very nice apartment, great location, lovely views.

We had a 2 week stay, and were met by Anamaraja's father at the airport, just a short 15-minute drive to the apartment. Everything was as described, very clean, with a wonderful balcony over-looking the sea. We liked the area with the short walk down to the sea/beach area and the promenade walks in both directions. We made use of the ferry boat to both Trogir and to Modena beach, and from Trogir you can then take another boat trip to Split which is well worth a visit. Above all our holiday was really relaxing, a comfortable bed, and we appreciated the air-conditioning, especially at night when it was still very warm. There are restaurants within a few minute's walk and especially enjoyed the food and atmosphere at Konoba Rico. Anamarija was the perfect hostess and made us feel very welcome, and gave us good suggestions for outings and restaurants in Trogir. She arranged one excellent full day trip for us to Krka National Park with Petar - this a trip we would recommend absolutely to anyone staying - it was a very entertaining and also educational time about the culture, history, food and wine of Croatia.

Bright, spacious and modern apartment

We were in need of a completely relaxing break near the sea and this is exactly what we had. The apartment is very spacious with all our needs catered for. The balcony with its beautiful views made the apartment that bit more special. You can easily hop on a taxi boat to Trogir or Split within a few minutes walk from the apartment (10 minutes to Trogir and approx 2 hours to Split-on a slow boat!) Anamarija was very helpful whenever we needed anything and her parents where kind enough to allow us to change in their bathroom before our evening flight home. The Kamp restaurant is on the doorstep and we ate and drank there frequently. A great holiday was had by all. Many thanks!

A perfect holiday!

After being greeted by Anamarija, at Split airport, we had a 10 minute drive to our holiday destination. The apartment had all we needed and a beautiful view right across the bay to Ciovo. An excellent location, calm and far from the crowded tourist places. Restaurant's we're a 5 minute walk away, and the beautiful beach, 2 minutes from the apartment. We caught taxi boats from the beach into Trogir, which took 10 minutes. A wonderful way to enter the beautiful town, which was full of shops and gorgeous restaurant's. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, and after a busy day exploring, it was lovely to have a glass of wine on the balcony, overlooking the fabulous view. It's location, location, location and with Anamarija and her family you can't ask for more. We will most definitely be back!!!

Beautiful, Relaxing, Perfect!

This was our first trip to Croatia. The apartment was all we hoped for, fully equipped with all you could want, and previous 5 star reviews were correct. Josef (Anamarijas' father) picked us up at the airport in Split and we arrived late evening to find a beautiful apartment with lovely fresh decor and crisp white bedding on a very comfortable bed. The next morning we were up, and on the balcony early to find the most amazing sea views and fabulous sunshine. The small beach is literally 1 minute walk and there were plenty of spots if you wanted a private area to swim in the lovely clear water and sun bathe. Take swimming shoes as the small gritty stones get between your toes! Seget Donjii is very quiet at this time of year so it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking along to bar 'Leut' for evening cocktails and sitting watching the boats go by. We had a couple of meals there that were very good, but we mainly had our lunches on the balcony of the apartment. The taxi boat is about a 2 minute walk from the apartment and will take you into wonderful Trogir, although we didn't mind the 2 km walk which is mainly flat. Trogir has plenty of shops and restaurants. Anamarija was a perfect host and organised a trip to Krka National park, with a visit to Sibenik and included a trip to the Sladic family home, where we tasted some lovely wines with cheese and bread. Our guide Dragan, was very knowledgeable on the history of his country and made the whole day interesting and perfect. We found our stay to be the most relaxing and perfect holiday and will definately be visiting wondeful Croatia again. Highly recommend to couples looking for a quiet relaxing holiday.

Fantastic balcony seaview and great location

Anamarija met us at the airport ( as arranged) and took us by car to the apartment, on the way she described where to find supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and some other "nice to know things". The apartment is exactly as nice as it looks at the pictures, very clean and all fresch. The kitchen is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. Extra plus for dishwash tablets and other things to keep the kitchen clean. The bed is very comfortable and nice duvets, a large wardrobe for your clothes. The bathroom is also very good. Wifi was good, there is also a flatscreen tv and a dvd. Most of all we LOVED the balcony with sunbeds , table and chairs, stunning view over the sea. You can walk along the sea for 4km , so nice for a run in the morning. Take the little boat to Trogir, it leaves just 100m from the apartment and cost 20Kuna oneway. Don't miss to buy fresh bread in the bakery, you'll find it just 5 minutes walk from the apartment (direction Trogir). we recomend restaurang Franke, Seaplate for two ,side dish sallad and Rösti, with a bottle of house wine ,approx 430 Kuna, tasteful and nice location with seaview. I almost forgot to mention the nice little beach, amazing to swim and so close to "home". Thankyou Anamarija, we would love to come back. Regards Marianne & Hasse

Sehr erholsam in schöner Atmosphäre ;-)

Wunderschöne, bestens ausgestattete und gepflegte Wohnung mit uneingeschränktem Blick aufs Meer, Strand fußläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar, zum Wassertaxi sind es 3 Minuten Fußweg. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist der leichte Fluglärm, und der Strand wirkte leicht ungepflegt. Dies liegt aber ja nicht im Einflussbereich der Vermieter.

absolutely fabulous !

We had appartment number 1 and it looked exactly like in the pictures. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The view was absolutely stunning. You could sit on the balcony and have breakfast for hours and hours. The location was good. If you come by car you can easely go to several different beaches, the krka waterfalls and of course Trogir and Split. Anamarija is very friendly and helpfull. We hope to come again ...

Great views, well looked after.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, with great views over the sea to the island opposite. It's very conveniently placed a stones throw from the beach and a short walk into the nearby town with shops and restaurants etc. The owner is very welcoming and not intrusive, but on hand if you need something. Exactly as described infact better than!

That balcony sold it to us! Fantastic view overlooking the sea near to the shops, sea, local restaurants and bars. Very clean and very tasteful decor. Anamarija visited on the first day and was very helpful. We arranged for her father to pick us up and return us to the airport so made it all very easy. We had a really relaxing time and would thoroughly recommend this property. Many thanks to Anamarija and her family.

Incredible week !

The host was very friendly and supportive. We were always able to stay in contact and get help. Even though we arrived earlier we could add an extra night without a problem. The apartment itself was very modern with a great view of the coast and offered everything needed. The local markets can be easily accessed within 10 minutes of walking or by bus. Overall we highely recommend this accommodation !

Wonderful Apartment

The pictures of the apartment are accurate. It is very clean, beautiful with everything you need plus the wonderful view from the balcony. The owners are very polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet. We loved the walk along the Sea Promenade. It was off season with barely any tourists a magical time. Hope we can come back again. Beautiful Place

The pictures of the apartment are accurate. It is very clean, beautiful with everything you need plus the wonderful view from the balcony. The owners are very polite and helpful. I was born and raised in Trogir . My parents built this house in 1976 and I started to live here in 1984 until 1998 when I went to collage in Dubrovnik. Now I live in Trogir with my own family but almost ever day I am at my parents. Just love the place with Mediterranian surroundings and location.

Since I am working in bank as a director , after a busy day I like to relax in Seget Donji and enjoy rest of the day.

In my free time I love to travel , experience new culture , different traditions and I know what someone expects when staying in a vacation rental property. During your stay I will try to be the perfect host telling you what to do, what to see and giving you the best tips about excursions, beaches and restaurants on this area!

You will be welcome by me or my parents . In case of any problem related to the house or anything else during your stay you can always contact us. We do our best for all our visitors to have a comfortable stay. You will have the best treatment in here! We would be delighted if you would share the experiences from your stay with us, let us know what you have enjoyed the most and what was missing!

What I like the most about Mar deLuxe family house is location. It is close to the sea and beach, just few seconds away and it feels so great that you are able to walk at any time to the sea and just take a swim. No matter is it day or night. There are numerous beaches .

Family house is situated on promenade almost 3 km long that connects old village and Medena Bay ,so if you are stressed after busy day you are able to walk or run, take a bike and just relax along the promenade and smell the fresh air and sea.
The vegetation is mostly made up of olive trees, many oleanders, grapes, lemons, oranges, lavender and rosemary.In Medena you will find may sports facilities as well as children playgrounds.

Seget Donji is a small fishing village where you can still experience the old Dalmatian tradition way of living.You can enjoy from the balconies watching fishermen passing by and if you feel like eating fish buy it fresh from fishermen directly.

Riviera Seget is rich in vegetables and fruits and most residents are involved in fishing or agriculture, which is an advantage for the local restaurants that offer traditional dishes made with local ingredients. Most of them offer a traditional Mediterranean food and have terraces by the sea with view across the bay. This small village gives you advantage to taste local food with great choice of vine.

From here you have good connection with all attractions nearby such as Trogir, Split , Sibenik, Krka Waterfalls, Plitvice National Park, Blue Lagoon on island Drvenik, Split airport.
During the summer season there are taxi boats that connects Seget Riviera with Trogir.
Taxi boats run very often and in 10 minutes you will be in Trogir where you can catch other boat to Split, island Ciovo or ferry to the local islands.This connection is suitable for those traveling without car.

Riviera Seget is suitable for romantic getaway, for families with children , seniors as well for active travellers.
