The characteristic element is the tranquility of the place and the beautiful landscape. From the property you can see the green gardens, the sea and the village of Bonagia with the former Tonnara and right Mount Cofano with the Bay of Cornino. Behind the villa the Monte San Giuliano with on top the splendid Erice that dominates the whole. The position of Villa Giusy makes it close to all places of tourist interest in the area.

The characteristic of the house on three levels has allowed me to divide it into 2 structures, one larger (Villa Giusy Superior) and the other a studio (Open Space) but with all the comforts.
