It is very quiet though it is close to the village centre.
You will find all the amenities for a pleasant stay. It has been carefully decorated and cleaned.
The price decreases depending on length of stay. It has been recently built and fully equipped. The apartment is close to a large black-sand beach (Gran Tarajal).
The apartment is located in the central area of the island, so it will allow you to visit both the north and the south of the island without spending a lot of time.

Perfect location.

The main bedroom window of the apartment overlooks the bay of Gran Tarajal so we were able to watch the sunrise over a millpond sea or, on other days, the waves crashing on the rocks. The apartment is well appointed with all facilities but not English TV yet, not that we missed it. You are a couple of hundred metres to the start of the promenade and restaurants and the walk into the town centre is very pleasant. It’s also a great central location to travel out from by car to visit all other areas of the island. We loved our stay and Paco was an excellent host i.e. staying completely out of the way unless needed. We would definitely stay again and recommend this accomodation highly.

Formidabel verblijf in leuk plaatsje

Uitstekende ontvangst door de eigenaar Paco Sosa en Vicky . Eerder dan gepland stond het app schoon klaar . GranTarajal is leuk plaatsje met boulevard en strand ( zwart ) Bewoners zeer vriendelijk en beleefd . Restaurants volop keuze vis, vlees,pizza, Chinees . Kwaliteit perfect tegen zeer schappelijke prijzen . De supermarkt Spar op loopafstand bereikbaar , ruim voorzien met bakker ,slager , vis en groente . Versgemaakte maaltijden te verkrijgen . Kortom prima locatie voor 1-2weken .

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht.

Der Ort ist belebt, was mir viel besser gefällt als der Aufenthalt in einem dieser grossen Hotelkomplexe. Der Strand ist in 5 Min. erreichbar und nicht überfüllt.

¡ Estupendo ! Génial !

Nous sommes allés dans le superbe appartement de Paco pour la 9è fois avec nos trois enfants ! L'endroit est très tranquille : il y a très peu de touristes, une très belle et grande plage bordée de quelques restaurant souvent bon marchés et plusieurs parc pour les enfants. L'appartement est toujours très propre, lumineux et très pratique. Paco est extrèmement serviable, très très gentil et très disponible. Nous recommandons cet appartement, très bien situé par ailleurs car au milieu de l'île sur la côte.

Fabuloso Apartamento

fabuloso apartamento, limpio equipado con microondas, lavadora, televisión satellite, Wifi y todos los accesorios para sentirse como en casa. Muy cerca de la playa y del centro de la ciudad donde hay varios supermercados, tiendas de todo tipo. Muy cerca la cofraida de pescadores donde comer pescado fresco. El dueño m. Paco muy amable y atento a cada necesidad. Es la quinta vez que vuelvo, y cada vez una cálida bienvenida. Lo recomiendo.

Ottimo!

È la seconda volta che siamo ospiti del sig. Sosa che ci ha confermato tutta la gentilezza e la disponibilità possibili. La sistemazione è spaziosa e confortevole e la cucina è dotata di tutti gli accessori necessari. Se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto bisogna dire che il letto matrimoniale è un po' piccolo, soprattutto se si è di stazza non irrilevante. Ma anche questo non è un problema c'è l'altra stanza con lettini ad una piazza.

Vacaciones en Fuerteventura

Hemos estado en en Gran Tarajal 10 dias de vacaciones mi marido y yo.Fuimos a éste apartamento recomendados por una amiga y cumplía nuestras expectativas.El dueño muy atento y pendiente en todo momento que estuviésemos agusto. Todo muy limpio,no le falta ningún detalle, muy bien ubicado (a 7 minutos de una gran playa),zona de restaurantes,supermercados y zona de ocio.La isla merece la pena conocerla con zonas más tranquilas y otras con más turismo.Si volviese a la isla,sin duda volvería al mismo apartamento

Like advertised .... and better

We stayed two weeks in May 2017. Everything was above our expectations. It started with the warm welcome of Paco in his house. The unit was spacy (compared to other units we stayed in so far) and absolutely clean. All of the appliances were working nicely. Unexpectedly we also had English and German TV. To the harbor it is just a short walk. The same applies to the restaurants in town. Thank you for everything! Hope to see you soon again.

Gerne wieder!

Saubere Ferienwohnung in zentraler aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. In zwei Minuten ist man am Strand. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit Wasser, Wein und Süßigkeiten. Auch Sonnenschirm, Spielsachen etc. Für die Kinder war vorhanden. Der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Einzig der Duschvorhang sollte ausgetauscht werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

(Español abajo) Paco, очень любезный и гостеприимный хозяин квартиры, встретил нас около входной двери, показал квартиру и дал полную информацию по городу. Квартира очень чистая, светлая и уютная. Мы чувствовали себя как дома. Совпадение с фото -100 %. Есть wifi и спутниковое ТВ. До широкого и чистого пляжа 5 минут пешком. На променаде есть несколько хороших ресторанов.Рядом с домом есть пекарня и минимаркет,а в 10 минутах пешком Гипердино и Спар. Сам Gran Tarajal очень тихий и спокойный город и ввиду расположения в центре острова позволяет без труда доехать до основных достопримечательностей Фуэртевентуры. Большое спасибо, Paco! Señor Paco ha sido un anfitrion excepcional, muy atento y amable. Nos enseño el apartamento y presto toda la informacion y consejos sobre la ciudad. El apartamento es fabuloso, muy limpio, luminoso y bien equipado. idéntico a las fotos. Hay wifi y sat tv. Nos sentimos como en casa. Cerca de todo – al lado del apartamento hay minimarket y panaderia, Hiperdino y Spar a 10 min a pie. Playa estupenda y limpio con buenas restaurantes cercanos. Gran Tarajal es la ciudad muy tranquila y segun su situacion en el centro de la Isla hay un acceso facil al los lugares de interes de Fuerteventura. !Muchas Gracias, Paco!

Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile; appartamento impeccabile, pulito e attrezzatissimo. Ottima posizione, 3 minuti dalla spiaggia. Gran Tarajal è un paesino tranquillo e la posizione dell'appartamento è vicina al centro. Con la macchina si può tranquillamente raggiungere tutta l'isola. MOLTO MOLTO SODDISFATTI.

Deseando volver

Alojamiento cómodo, amplio y muy limpio. No falta de nada. Cercano a la playa pero muy tranquilo. Paco, el casero, muy atento y detallista al máximo. Muy recomendable, tanto el lugar como el alojamiento. Lugar ideal para familias con niños ya que la playa no está masificada, con arena fina y aguas cristalinas. Volveremos sin duda. Maite H.

El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones de limpieza y equipado con toda clase de detalles para que te sientas comodo. El propietario es una persona muy atenta con los clientes y muy educado. La ubicación es perfecta, estas cerca de todo lo que necesitas. Si se la recomendaría a la gente que sepa tratar con educación y respeto una propiedad que esta cuidada con tanto cariño por parte del propietario para los clientes. Excelentes vacaciones

Apartamento completo, limpio, bien equipado para cinco personas, bien situado junto a la playa de Gran Tarajal, el recorrido se hace en tres minutos caminando con los niños. Ottimo appartamento, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort e attrezzatura necessaria per un piacevole soggiorno. Stanze molto luminose e curate. Il proprietario è molto gentile e attento alle esigenze degli affittuari senza essere assolutamente molesto. La qualità dell'appartamento è molto alta e il prezzo molto contenuto. Appartement très agréable

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement et nous le recommandons vivement. L'appartement est spacieux, très lumineux très propre et confortable. Le WIFI fonctionne très bien et il y a tout le nécessaire. Il est situé au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble de 3 étages, à 2 minutes du port dans un endroit calme.L'accès est facile à trouver et se garer ne pose aucun problème. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et nous a donné toutes les indications que nous souhaitions. Il est très disponible et nous a aimablement porté les valises à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Il y a une cofradia (coopérative) de pêcheurs à côté où l'on mange très bien. La plage et le centre de la ville sont à 5 minutes, avec restaurants et super marché. Il y a aussi un petit supermarché à côté de l'appartement. Un très bon choix pour un séjour dans une ville authentique d'où l'on peut rayonner facilement.

Vacaciones maravillosas

Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas en este preciosos piso que tiene de todo : claridad, limpieza, cercanía a la playa.... El dueño es encantador y muy servicial. El pueblo es ideal para disfrutar la playa con calma en un ambiente familiar excelente. Recomendamos este piso a todos, sabemos con seguridad que no se arrepentirán e incluso, quizá (como nosotros), ¡ repitan la estancia !
