Enter through the porch, which has space to hang your coats and leave your shoes, into the open plan ground floor.
Living Room
The living room with under floor heating is spacious and light with comfortable seating on two sofas to relax in front of the unique red stove. The room gets plenty of natural light from large windows at either end. There is a flat screen television with with integrated DVD player, a CD player, iPod dock and superfast broadband.
Continuing through the open-plan space is the kitchen and dining area, with space for six at the table. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with electric oven and hob, tall fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.

First Floor
Bedroom One
This large bedroom has beds that can be made up as two singles or one super king-sized bed, with built-in wardrobes for plenty of storage. (The bed will be made up as super king unless you request otherwise)
Bathroom
The family bathroom has both a bath and separate shower and is decorated with mother of pearl tiles, making this a glamorous place to relax and unwind. Also featured here is a W.C. and there is a washing machine in a cupboard here. Towels are provided.

On the top floor is the main bedroom, flooded with light and enjoying the most stunning panoramic view of the Suffolk skyline from the sea across the yacht club and all the way across the marshes.
