Villa Ullastre offers a sunny pool terrace and bright stylish interiors throughout, This villa is a lovely 2 bedroom villa ideal for small families or groups. Located in the popular town of Calan Porter, you'll find the resort centre, with a good choice of restaurants and bars, just 10 minutes' walk away. A further 5 minute stroll will take you to the stunning sandy beach. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.
Villa Ullastre has a great central location just 10 minutes' walk from the popular resort centre of Calan Porter. Here you'll find a good choice of restaurants and bars, as well as souvenir shops and mini markets. The beautiful sandy beach is a 15 minute stroll from the villa, so you'll have everything you need within easy walking distance. Further afield, the island's capital of Mahon is only 20 minutes' drive or bus ride away, perfect for a day trip.
Main pool: 6 x 4 mtr, 1.1 - 1.6 mtr depth
Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.
Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
