Please note this property is strictly adult only. The Old Courthouse is an art lovers retreat with beautiful pieces adorning the walls. From the moment you step into the apartment there is a treat for the eyes on every wall or corner. Make sure to browse the work and please do ask any questions you may have while you are there!

The large open living room with dining space and kitchen is the centre of this holiday home and certainly the heart. The large smart widescreen television is perfect to cosy down with a film or perhaps snuggle up at the dining table and pour over a board game. Sit at the kitchen island and enjoy a glass of wine, while dinner bubbles away on the efficient gas hob. … That is if you are cooking! Those who want to order in; Midhurst has an abundance of takeaways on your doorstep as well as excellent local restaurants and cafes. Top recommendations are ‘The Spread Eagle' hotel, ‘The Olive and Vine', ‘Faustinos Wine & Tapas Bar' & ‘La Piazetta'.

The Court House has a well-stocked kitchen to fully self-cater during your booking. Why not dine alfresco and take your meal out to the balcony and look out across Midhurst rooftops. On a summers evening it's the perfect spot to watch the night draw in.

This beautifully designed apartment has two bedrooms. One double bedroom with bathroom next door and a further double bedroom with en suite.

Please note, the apartment can be quite light. There are blinds in all the rooms but only go half way. There are sleep masks available.

Xmas break

Lovely accommodation. Reasonably well equipped for a few days although no hairdryer. No microwave. Comfy beds. Lovely bathrooms. Good parking provision. Excellent location in the town.

Style Over Substance

On entering the property we found a procession of ants along the skirting board that ran from the front door up to the flat. We had to deal with literally hundreds of ants for 12 days of our 14 day stay. Henry Adam’s sent someone twice with ant powder. The master bedroom contains only 3 pieces of furniture - a very comfortable king size bed, one small bedside table, and a 2-seater sofa. No wardrobe or hangers. No dressing table/chest of drawers. After contacting Henry Adams, a temporary hanging rail and hangers were supplied. The bedrooms have large, high feature windows like the living area, but only the lower section is provided with blinds. That means that the room is never dark. Eye masks are provided, but the room as flooded with daylight once the sun comes up. It also means that the room gets incredibly hot. The main living area is comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen lacks a bread knife, a baking tray and a microwave. Again, the lack of blinds means that the space gets incredibly hot on sunny days. The second bedroom does have a chest of drawers, but again, no wardrobe/hangers. The patio area was the only cool space in the flat. Without it, we couldn’t have survived 2 weeks in this hothouse.

Stunning apartment - a hidden gem in midhurst

Stunning apartment in the heart of midhurst, designed beautifully with plenty of space and luxuries throughout. Apartment is set nicely off the main road, with bedrooms facing an secluded courtyard so absolutely no issues with noise. We slept very well here - Cannot fault the kitchen also, well equipped and centre island makes entertaining very social. Also, it is steps from a UK renowned coffee shop (Gartons Coffee House) We are planning our next stay already.

Christmas at The Old Court House

Great location and the flat is very modern and clean. Open plan living area is very comfortable and wi-fi provided. I was very disappointed that wardrobes and drawers are not provided in the bedrooms and we had to live out of suitcases on the floor, we stayed for 5 night stay over Christmas and had brought nice clothes with us. The master bedroom suite set up is not only impractical but the contractors ladder fixed to the wall is a tripping hazard. There are 2 single beds, neither bed placed near the electrical outlets and no TV or chair. Window blinds were inadequate, eye masks were provided but as they were obviously not new and unused we could not use them. This room would function better with the double bed. The second bedroom has been set up with a double bed, the bed is not placed near the outlets and the window coverings are inadequate. There was NO microwave, it is such a basic requirement that i didn't think to ask prior to our stay but i will not overlook it again when making a booking!! There was no welcome pack with local information.
