Had a great time, apartment was really nice, close to strip, host always promptly replied to every question, just could of done with a extra fan in the front room, but overall a lovely place, pool area quite most of the time it was just me and my husband, would definitely return

Nice quit place

It is a Nice place Easy to communicate with the owner A quit place, we just mis ond thing A table in normal High on the terrasse to sit and have our lunch and play cart. Then we would come back to the place next time.

Apartment was a nice size for 3 adults, quiet area and only 5 minute walk from shops and beach. Barry was very helpful and let us check in 3 hours earleir than check in time.

Apt was lovely, good bed with extremely comfortable pillows. Apt has everything you need for a holiday and a balcony which gets the sun all day. 5 mins to a good stocked mini market and 10 mins to the Spar and all the shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Thank you Barry for leasing me the apt

Fantastic Apartment

We enjoyed our weeks stay in this apartment. The owner very kindly allowed us an early check in on arrival, which we really appreciated after such an early flight. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the main strip, plenty of great bars and restaurants to choice from. Contact with the owner was great from start to finish, he was happy to help with any questions we had before our arrival. Even whilst we were staying he checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Look forward to staying in this property again- 5 stars from us

9 jours à Puerto del Carmen - 4ème séjour

On connait bien Lanzarote et Puerto del Carmen. L'appartement est très bien placé, très propre, les pièces sont grandes mais... 1/ pas de table de salle à manger (une console le long du mur) donc impossible de prendre des repas 2/ cuisine un peu vétuste (placard à ne pas ouvrir), vaisselle et équipements vieux 3/ salle de bain petite et là encore quelques travaux à faire (peinture plafond qui se décolle et tombe...) 4/ et le gros gros problème : lit en 140 de large avec matelas posé sur une sorte de planche, donc tous les deux très très mal dormi et le dos en vrac !

Hi. Thanks very much for your stay. Im very sorry you seem so upset with appartment. As you can see by our reviews and all the repeat bookings we allways seem to get good reviews. With regards the bed its actually brand new bed and mattresses only purchased in a very good store in tias only 10 months ago and it is retractable bed that lifts up of mattress for storage and was quite expensive. Im a bit confused with that complaint but it does have a 3 year warranty so if there was damage it can be replaced. Currently a couple that stay 7 weeks leaving tommorow with no complaints as of yet. But i take your review on board of course and thank you for your stay Regards Barry
