Make yourself comfortable and enjoy the lovely, authentic atmosphere of the Alps. This holiday home makes an ideal base for exploring the stunning surroundings and enjoying a wonderful holiday! You'll reach the shared entrance via a staircase consisting of a few steps.

The AT-6370-71 is in the same building (your privacy is guaranteed though), making it ideal for groups of friends or families travelling together!

KitzbĂŒhel and surroundings offer plenty to do. There are several ski lifts within easy reach, just hop on the ski bus right outside your apartment. In summer, the area is perfect for hiking and cycling tours. And there are plenty of opportunities for golf lovers, too.
After an active day out, you can enjoy a nice meal in KitzbĂŒhel, or take a refreshing dip in Schwarzsee lake and go for a bite to eat at one of the waterfront restaurants.

Voordat we aankwamen had mevrouw netjes een appje gestuurd dat de deur open was en de sleutel op tafel lag. Huisje was mooi schoon met een fijne douche en alles wat je nodig heb in een huis. Mijn hond was ook welkom en er waren geen kosten aan verbonden. Winkels lagen op 3 min lopen. Het huisje ligt wel aan een drukke weg maar als je de ramen sluit hoor je daar echt niks van. Vrouw was erg vriendelijk heeft een aantal keren gevraagd of we nog wat nodig hadden. Al met al fijne vakantie gehad in een prachtige omgeving.
