One-bedroom apartment, located on the 4th floor of a building with lift and a shared swimming pool, only 350m from the beach. It features a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette, a large balcony, and a complete bathroom with a shower box. It can accommodate up to four guests. One uncovered parking spot is included.
