Villa Celestina is a welcoming two-story apartment that is part of a villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps 14 people. From Villa Celestina you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the other buildings. Villa Celestina is 220 square meters (2370 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, private terraces, a shared patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the historical center of Sant'Agata de' Goti, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards) and a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards). You will reach Villa Celestina from the parking area going up approximately 25 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Celestina you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to five cars.
Villa Celestina is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment that is part of the villa.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the patio going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps. The pool is 4.5 meters (14.8 feet) large by 8.5 meters (28 feet) long, 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the owners. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with armchairs and with sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the valley and of the other buildings. The patio is crossed by the owners in order to reach the swimming pool and their accommodations.
Garden
You will reach the garden from the patio going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps. The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with a small sofa and armchairs, as well as with a wooden gazebo and an external shower. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool and of the greenery. You will share the garden with the owners.
Bottom FloorLiving Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace. The four dining tables can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The room also has a large window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with lucid green tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include an armchair, two divans that unfold into two double beds and a desk. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has three small high windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 5
You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a small high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the patio through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the owners.
