Masseria Nova (l'Antica Masseria) - La Masseria

The Masseria dates back to the 1700s, as well as all the annexed structures, La Casetta and Gli Ovili, with a large garden in which to wander. Nothing new has been added to the existing one. It's all from the same era. Each house is independent and internally equipped with its own kitchen and its own outdoor space for lunch/dinner outdoors and/or relaxation; a barbecue for grilling is available to guests in the garden together with a large gazebo for relaxation or moments in company.
The main body of the Masseria is a 2-storey building, the apartment is on the first floor and has a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower, as well as a terrace and a balcony.
It is all surrounded by a large garden full of greenery, flowers and plants, including fruit, which we take great care of. The farmyard animals are part of the Masseria. Thus hens and olive trees are able to make us experience the countryside and, why not, also enrich good food (eggs and oil are of own production). Welcome!

We are in the countryside and a few steps from the sea. We combine the tranquility of the countryside even in the busiest periods and the crystal clear sea of ​​the Ionian. The sea is about 2 km away and we also provide bicycles to reach it for free.
Maruggio is the closest town for any kind of need, Campomarino covers the tourist aspect.
A small supermarket well stocked with basic necessities is nearby along with a vegetable garden where you can buy freshly picked vegetables.
