The living area features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing and watching your favorite shows or movies after a long day of work or study in Madrid. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic stovetop, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary cookware and tableware to make you feel at home.
The apartment includes a private bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, offering flexible sleeping options to suit your needs.
During your stay, you’ll enjoy amenities such as air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, bed linens, towels, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
The area is surrounded by supermarkets, both traditional and modern bars, gyms, and restaurants, making it the perfect place to call Madrid your home.
HOW TO MOVE
The nearest metro station is Puerta de Toledo (line 5), 3 minutes from the apartment walking distance.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-The apartment is located on the first floor and does not have an elevator.
-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence.
