Luxury 2 Bed Apartment

Luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom self contained first floor apartment, with panoramic sea and mountain views from all areas, and located on the islands most sought after and premium location.
Fully air conditioned to keep you cool during those warm nights.
Satellite TV with large flat screen TV, including BBC. ITV channel 4 etc.
Free Wifi is included.
Relax and enjoy the large and spacious private south facing sun terrace furnished with comfortable sun loungers, hot tub Jacuzzi,  soothing away any feelings of stress with hydro air massage.

PRICING NOTES:-
For all peak demand dates i.e any dates containing school holidays, the rate is as posted €205.70 per night or €1440 per week whether for, from 2 people, or up to 4 people maximum.
For all other dates not containing school holidays and apart from the lowest seasonal dates, the minimum 1 bedroom rate is €985. The 2 bedroom rate over these same dates is €1185.
Please do not hesitate to inquire for a 1 person, 2 person or 3 person rate, which rate, when available would apply to low season dates only.
The Vrbo pricing structure does not allow the rate to be adjusted for the peak rate bands, therefore please submit a reservation request and the quote will be adjusted to the correct seasonal rate
To clarify & confirm, once we receive the reservation request, the rate will be corrected to the relevant seasonal rate. Please kindly note that all of the above owner quoted rates will be subject to website fees and booking charges which are extra.

It's a lovely apartment with an amazing view and great sunset and sunrises. We enjoyed the hot tub watching the sunset. The beds are very comfortable. We hired a car as I have mobility issues but my daughter easily walked to the harbour and surrounding areas (without me)!

Great Stay

We had a great time in this apartment, view was incredible and loved the hot tub and large terrace. Excellent location within walking distance of the harbour and old town. Restaurants and shop are only a couple minutes walk away. We would highly recommend the apartment and will definately return!

Apartment with sea view

The apartment was spotless when we arrived and was in a good location out of the busy harbour area. The walk up and down to the sea was very beneficial to our fitness - but we still managed to put on weight!

Perfect apartment for a winter sun break

I stayed in the apartment with a friend for 10 days in January and I couldn't fault it. The weather was beautiful and the terrace gets the sun all day. It's easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach front. It was clean and had everything you need for a self catering holiday. Communication with Christopher was always super quick if I had any questions. Highly recommend.

Great apartment

Lovely, comfortable well equipped apartment. Fantastic balcony with hot tub which got the sun all day. Great communication with owner who responded quickly to our emails. Would highly recommend.

Apartment and outdoor area - lovely, although there wasn’t any shade on the terrace. It was too hot to eat/sit outside in the middle of the day without shade! Everything else was very good. We had a lovely week here!

Breathtaking

Must be one of the most beautiful apts we have stayed in. It had everything we needed for the four of us. We spent most of our time lounging on the large patio and had a Jacuzzi in the evenings and sometimes early morning. The view from the patio must be the nicest I have ever seen. Breathtaking!! I woke up to an amazing view of the sea from my room and the air conditioning was top notch! Everything was laid out for me including a book with all the numbers needed..taxi's...emergency numbers it was what every apartment should have on arrival. Fantastic security as i was a solo traveller. Spar 1 min walk away...shopping centre walkable about 10 mins or less. Private large balcony with no opposing windows or balconies. Had all the amenities in the kitchen and will definitely be returning soon. Thank you Christopher (host) for a very stress free holiday. Well done for thinking of everything ( book on table..first time seen in lanzarote for me) 👏

Luxury comfort! All the amenities! Fantastic location!

Our stay was perfectly wonderful!!! Apartment is spacious and is well equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The jacuzzi tub and patio are marvelous. The 2 bedrooms & 2 baths are generously comfortable. Every amenity you need is included. Hot tub, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 2 full bathrooms, dishwasher, full sized fridge, oven, stove, air conditioning! LOCATION is AMAZING! Grocery shop steps away along side multiple restaurants we loved with SEA VIEWS. Short walk down hill to the Old Harbor area with shops and restaurants galore. We did a dolphin spotting cruise and swim easily purchased online or at the harbor. We walked the streets, sampled the restaurants, and made many fun purchases of bags, dresses, and souvenirs at excellent bargains. We often taxied over the to Grand Casino strip of shops and night clubs to meet up with friends. It a 5 Euro quick taxi ride. We had a wonderful, wonderful stay and Chris the owner could not have been more welcoming and kind. We communicated with her several times before arriving. We hope to come back again later this year. Nice view but….

Nice enough modern 2 bed apartment with fantastic views from large terrace. However this apartment is let down by the communal pool which is not very welcoming at all. Access to the pool is from outside the apartment gate up the street and in another gate. We found the pool dirty , with lots of missing or broken tiles. There was a total of 5 sun loungers , 3 of which were broken . The outside pool shower didn’t work . It was no surprise that we didn’t see anyone using the pool the entire week we were there. We enjoyed our stay at this apartment but for the money we paid there are better places to rent .

The original "guest from hell", one can only hope he's gone back from whence he came and will hopefully remain there. This miserable git thought that by wrecking everybody's head with his constant unjustified moaning & complaining that he was going to get offered everything and another holiday for free, our management team, whom are with us for more than 7 years, even threatened to quit because they couldn't deal with his rubbish, the digs are beautiful but and by way of example, he even complained that not enough toilet paper was left there for him and demanded and expected more, can you imagine, he expected more than the complimentary 6 rolls that were left for his party of 2 ( people staying 1 week off season @ the lowest possible rate ), it's self catering, you miserable jock so buy your own and wipe your own ass, the management ain't there to do that for you nor to give you breakfast in bed, further... the only REAL reason that he has anything negative to say is because this was eventually, but politely, explained to him, I, however think he was well aware of this, just a spiteful chancer and a spoofer, looking for stuff for nothing and all the time threatening a "review". There was nothing, absolutely nothing wrong with the pool or it's surroundings, and most definitely nothing to complain about, though it was off season, so it was quiet, if it had been busy he would have had something else to moan about, no winning with this whining guy. If this lad offered to pay 100 times the price he wouldn't be allowed back, and this just because of the incessant moaning he went on with, as for the way he left the apartment, we were kinda ready for it, you should expect nothing but nothing from a pig but a grunt, property owners beware.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is really lovely, even nicer than the photos depict. Check in was extremely easy: the hosts had kindly provided directions and clear instructions on accessing the keys via a lock box. Inside, the kitchen and living area is compact but perfect. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything you could need. Bedroom, stunning. The view is incredible. Bathroom was great, we loved the shower. (one thing to note is that you only have access to bedrooms you have paid for, this was a 2 bed apt but we had paid a lower fee based on just 2 people sharing so one bedroom was locked. We were aware of this and understood the reasons. I only mention it as guests in a neighbouring apt had not been aware of that) The balcony is the star of the show. It is MASSIVE, much bigger than it looks on the photos. The hot tub was just amazing. We had just the most perfect stay in the apartment and had the relaxing break we were so desperate for. The ONLY drawback (and this is not a reflection of the property or hosts, this is all on me) is the location is a little bit out of the way for me. The hills to get to the harbour/new town are really steep, and being mobility impaired, I struggled a little. That said, there is an excellent complex merely seconds away from the apt with shops and restaurants, and we were able to book taxis from there to the main strip, so don't let my moans about location put you off! We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Average

The communication in the lead up was all by email and very informative. The check in process couldn't have been any easier. The apartment, while more than adequate, is a bit more "tired" than the listing would have you believe. It's fine, just not as pristine as in the pictures. For example, the head rests on the hot tub badly need to be replaced. One of the reasons we booked this apartment was because it was a two bedroom and it is nice to have a second room for bags etc. However, even after assuring them (in writing) that only two of us were staying they locked the door to the second bedroom. This seemed unnecessarily petty to me. When we arrived the living/kitchen area was covered in ants. This wasn't necessarily a problem in itself, its a hot country and a certain amount of ants etc are to be expected. What did annoy us though was the reaction we got when we rang the number we were given if we had any problems. To be fair the issue was dealt with quickly but we felt that we were little more than an inconvenience to the person that answered the phone. She was quite short and unfriendly which surprised us as up to this point we had been impressed with the standard of communication that we had had. It was as if we were being awkward for reporting the ants. The apartment is in a nice quiet area with a couple of nice restaurants and bars literally steps away but it is at the top of a fairly steep hill be prepared. Also, the aircon is coin operated.

An obnoxious entitled git and his mrs, we would not have back under any circumstances. The only complaint he or she had ( ants ) were caused by their own actions bad hygiene and rotten lifestyle, they left rubbish strewn all over the apartment and it looked like a bomb had hit it, beware property owners, these types of people you can well do without
