Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£35) or provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£150) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)



Pets: Up to 1 well-behaved pets are welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.



Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.

No stag hen parties.

No smoking vaping indoors.

Linens and towels provided (please bring beach towels and cot linen).

A wonderful weekend

We had a truly wonderful stay. The apartment is new, modern, very clean and in the perfect location with the beach just across the road which is beautiful. Only downside is the very loud building work going on and this wasn’t mentioned when we booked.

Exactly what we needed modern facilites and right on the beach!

The apartment was exactly as advertised. Modern and spacious and a few steps away from the beach and family activities. Restaurants were nearby and so were the local shops including Salisbury and co-op. We all enjoyed our stay and we hope to go back soon. Our only regret was that it was not during summer where we could go for a swim in the sea as well.

We loved our stay at Colonels Apartment. The apartment was clean and welcoming upon our arrival. The location was perfect! It was amazing to open our front door and see the beach and the sea. It is literally a stones throw from the beach which was ideal for having little ones. It is also great how close to the play park it was. The apartment was everything we hoped for, for a lovely week away!

My family and I had a fantastic time at Colonels Apartment. Right in front of the beach. Wake up to the sounds of the waves, had breakfast on the outside table in front of the house looking at the beach and then I crossed the main street and went for a swim on the gorgeous beach of Sandown, which by the way, is dog friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and was as described. Communication and organization was 100%. Will book again!

Lovely weekend break

Colonels apartment is a very modern well equipped apartment. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. A bonus is is its just across the road from the beach & sea! On the downside it is still very much a building site and with all the rain Friday there was a lot of mud and puddles. Building work was prompt to start at 8 am Monday morning so glad we were not there for a week!

A lovely seafront apartment

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment with our two children. We love that it is right on the sea front. We weren't as fortunate with the weather this October but the apartment felt spacious and comfortable enough to stay in on the wet days and watch the waves on the beach from the windows. The service was great too as we emailed on the day of arrival asking if it would be available to check in earlier and got a quick reply which said we could and that worked well for our family. We look forward to coming to stay again.

Great sized apartment by the sea

We have stayed at this apartment a few times now and every time have felt comfortable and pleased with our choice. The location is great because you open your front door and you're looking straight out to the sea and just have to cross the road to be walking along the sea front It was lovely and clean when we arrived and had everything that we needed. We have two small children too and the apartment is a short 5 min walk from a brilliant play ground which we used during our stay too. We are already looking forward to coming to stay again! Nothing

Good location

Safe, comfortable out and about ,quick response for queries good parking place Well equipped kitchen. For the price we paid we were expecting minimum of a shower gel. Beds creaky and uncomfortable couldn’t sleep at all. Bed is the most important requirement for any accommodation which was disappointing.

Ideal location for beach and rest of the island

The property was perfectly located. Just across the road from an ideal soft sand beach, a two minute walk from one of the best resturants in town (Band Stand), five minute walk from holiday entertainment (mini golf plus more), 10 minute walk in to town and easy road access to get to the rest of the island. The property was modern, spacious, clean and well equiped and included off street parking. Could do with some alternative hot weather bedding. A duvet in 30 degrees is just not needed.

Great apartment, plenty of space and everything we needed

The apartment was ideal for us on the ground floor with great views of the sea. Lovely welcome gift on arrival. The rooms were clean and spacious. A little expensive out of season when many businesses shut. Kitchen was well equipped. Building work to the rear at present but didn't impact on our stay too much. Smart TV also didn't connect to WiFi. Overall a great modern apartment.
