Surrounded by lush hills and situated inside a large estate where olive tree groves and vineyards grow, Villa Lavinia is located in a magnificent panoramic position. The large pergola furnished with a large table and with direct access from the living room, is ideal for organising delightful outdoor dinners and delicious barbecues. The villa offers a good level of furnishings that are complete and for the most part consisting of period pieces; the kitchen is modern and well-equipped.

The Space:
The villa is surrounded by a large private garden that slopes down to the swimming pool of 5x12 m, just a short distance from the villa, equipped with deck chairs, sun umbrellas, table and chairs, and for the exclusive use of the guests.

A highchair and a baby bed are available for children. Wi-Fi Internet.

Available free of charge to our guests and inside the property, beyond the villa’s fence, there is a tennis court and five-a-side pitch with artificial grass, shared with the guests of the 3 other villas located in the area and which are part of the same complex (tennis balls and rackets are supplied on the premises). The four villas offer the possibility of accommodating groups of more than 40 people.

From the estate, you can easily reach the numerous towns and villages in Umbria and Lazio, as well as the city of Rome, which you can reach in about an hour, either by car or train.
