Excellent 2 bedroom tourist flat in the Ruzafa neighbourhood:
Stay at Moontels Paseo de Ruzafa: a building located in the centre of Valencia next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.

Spacious two-bedroom apartment located on the thirdfloor of the building with direct access to the apartment via lift or stairs. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers. In addition, the building has a communal terrace on the top floor where you can enjoy the good weather in Valencia.

Booking conditions:
CANCELLATION POLICY

Standard or Flexible Rate: cancellation will be free up to 7 days before the arrival date. After 7 days before the arrival date, if the reservation is canceled or modified after the deadline or if the client does not show up on the scheduled date, the expenses will be 100%.

Non-Refundable Rate: This rate does not allow cancellations or modifications. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the expenses will be 100% of the stay.

Amazing Location

We absolutely loved the location of the flat. It is located in what soon became one of our favorite places to walk around. The flat itself seemed newly remodeled and was a great size. I would absolutely stay here again!

Rooftop Lounge is the best!

Loved the fact that the elevator opens directly into the apartment. We used the rooftop deck for coffee in the morning and relaxing after a long day. The only issue was the door to the Master bedroom didn’t want to slide all the way closed. Otherwise location couldn’t be beat and it was comfortable.

De locatie is perfect ! Dicht bij oude centrum, metro/treinstation en winkels. Daarnaast is het gemeenschappelijke dak terras een grote plus. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben wij geen andere gasten gezien die gebruik maakten van het terras. Maar het was heerlijk om in de ochtend en avond te eten. Het was erg warm en de airco is erg goed en hield het appartement goed koud. Keuken is volledig uitgerust. Alles is aanwezig. Wij lazen van andere gasten wat problemen met het electronisch slot maar bij ons ging dat meteen goed en er ook geen problemen mee gehad. Op laatste dag koffers gestald op het kantoor van Moontels. Dat was ook erg prettig. We hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad

El apartamento está genial, todo en muy buenas condiciones y el acceso mejor imposible. El único problema que tuve fué que la nevera no funcionaba pero en cosa de un día me dieron una solución y todo perfecto.
