Villa Kyriakos is a spacious holiday home with a private pool and extensive gardens, surrounded by trees, vineyards and mountains and perfectly located just outside the famous seaside resorts of Alykes and Alikanas. The villa can sleep up to 11 guests in classy, stylish interiors which have been totally renovated yet are still rich with traditional features. The whole property (bedrooms and common areas) is air-conditioned and the beautiful terraces are shaded and provided with side covers so can be enjoyed even during the beginning or end of the season. The accommodation is distributed over two floors; on the ground floor is, a comfortable spacious lounge, a purposely built fully equipped kitchen and 3 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. The upper floor is reached via an external staircase where there are 2 further bedrooms, a double and a twin that share a family bathroom, a useful second lounge area with a sofa-bed perfect for welcoming the 11th guest as well as a kitchenette. Outside, Villa Kyriakos is a true oasis within the beautiful Mediterranean nature, there are plenty of mature trees, shrubs, flowers, paved terraces and gardens with lawn. A covered dining area with a brick-built barbecue is available for delicious meals and plenty of seating areas are available all around the grounds. The newly added private swimming pool is equipped with comfortable loungers and at night the pool is beautifully lit creating a perfect atmosphere for memorable evenings spent on holiday with family or friends.
