The studio of 18m2 consists of:
- a generous open plan kitchen
- a sleeping area with a double bed (160cm) and a single (90cm)
- a dine-in fully equipped kitchen
- a separate full bathroom including shower and toilet
- air-conditioned
Traditional private gated residence including 15x seafront studios ground and first floor with direct beach access from your doorstep.
All studios benefit from a private outside patio or balcony with sea views.
Each studio flat consist of:
- A living space from 15 up to 34m2
- Fully equipped dine-in kitchen
- private ensuite bathroom (shower & toilet)
- private gated and secured car park
- unlimited free Wifi
- TV
- each of the studio flats located the upper floor will benefit from A/C as well as a dishwasher
- Access to the usage of the Plancha in our commun space
- Access to the locked windsurf storage
