An immaculate lawn and an abundance of local flora enhace the lovely garden. All rooms in this impeccable house are bright and filled with daylight. A big woodburning stove provides warmth and a cosy atmosphere during the cooler months. There is also a pool table, football pitch and sports equipment available.



Selva is an idyllic municipality with about 3,000 inhabitants in the Tramuntana area, between Inca and the Lluc monastery. The villages Caimari, Moscari and Biniamar also belong to this municipality. Caimari is famous throughout Spain for the production of high quality olive oil.

- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

- please note that the ground floor bedroom does not have air conditioning. There is a large ceiling fan available. This bedroom is located within easy reach of the air-conditioning unit in the kitchen which helps to cool the entire ground floor.
