Welcome to a newly renovated 3-bedroom apartment in Aldea Blanca, Nueva Andalucía, next to the famous Puerto Banús.
The newly renovated apartment is furnished with a high standard in Nordic light and clean style with new furnishings and with a terrace that offers sun in the southwest. It consists of three bedrooms, - two master bedrooms with comfortable double beds in natural materials and an extra bedroom with two single beds with the same comfort standard. In addition, there is a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room and an open kitchen with elegant dining area. There are also two bathrooms, one with washing machine and the other with a bathtub. The terrace is also equipped with a dining table and a smaller coffee table.Our serene 3 bedroom apartment is located just a minute of walk from Centro Plaza. You are also located just a few minutes of walk from the famous Harbour Of Puerto Banús. The community has 24/7 security and it is considered one of the best in Nueva Andalucía since it is very well maintained with large pool area and a tropical environment. Centro Plaza is the heart of Nueva Andalucía with its numerous tasty restaurants, bars, incredible sea and city views. We really enjoyed our stay at the accommondation. It was better than expected based on the pictures. Nice and calm pool area. The location was perfect, a bit set back from the wild nightlife but with easy access to everything. It was about 8-10 min. walk to Marbella Arena, and about 15-20 min walk down to the beach and harbor. We had the perfect vacation in Marbella, and will come back again.

The Location is excellent The apartment is adequate but dated and not big enough for 6 adults The terrace is small The twin bedroom has no wardrobe or draws and no Airconditioning it would be ok for small children The bathrooms are dated The sitting are is too small for 6 people The standard of bedding and towels is poor The washing machine does not work The kitchen is poorly equipped There is only 2 sun loungers provided There are no communal loungers provided around the pool So you have to carry your lounger to the pool or lie on the grass The pool area is lovely and well maintained I think the apartment is too expensive and the description is misleading I would not stay here again but I would look to stay in a different, better standard apartment in the same Complex

Wisam is incredible. He was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night's stay.The neighborhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distances. However, it was very quiet when you were in the loft. The apartment was within walking distance of some tourist attractions, and it was close to many shops to get you to the ones further away. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Marbella.
